• Well, she does kind of want to end it...but it might be more change it....darastically, to the point where she might as well be dead to them for at least the next few decades. Or more, since everyone would suddenly notice how graceful she'd become if she came back, and how she hadn't aged a day.
Though i suppose she could cover up the looks a bit, and as for gracefulness...if anyone could manage to be clumsy while being graceful, it would be Bella.
I'm baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaack.

• I just started to read Twilight, because my sister read it and I was curious. Honestly, before I started to read this, I didn't really care for vampire stories.... But oh my God! It's so funny and good, and I just love Edward. Hated him at the beginning but now I'm starting to love him! I haven't finished the book yet.. but I'm so happy I started reading! Oh and Bella's clumsiness reminds me of me. haha..
Time passes. Even when it seems impossible.

It passes unevenly, in strange lurches and dragging lulls, but pass it does. Even for me.

• Nearly half the sophomore girls (which isn't a lot with only 60 sophomores) are hooked. Some of us disagree on subjects like Jacob, but we all can't wait for more. And love to discuss hte books.

I definately think Bella will be able to block at least some powers, but also that she could be able to do something else. also, I have a feeling that soemthing might happen right before hte wedding, some problem...and I want to know what the pack will do about the whole treaty thing.

• i sooo hope stephanie (?) meyers starts the next book, like, exactly where the last one left off. i really want to see charlie's reaction to the whole getting married thing. i also want to see the wedding but not as much. i think jacob should miss it. oh, so with you on that, young reader. jwiz, no offense but i don't like your avi. vampires aren't the unreliable one's its the werewolves.

• Just a side note, for anyone who's interested: they cast Edward.(!) Robert Pattinson is his name. Ring any bells? He's the guy who played Cedric Diggory in Goblet of Fire. I don't know...in my opinion, he looks a little old; definitely not 17! But other than that, I like him. Here's the link Twilight Movie

• eee!! I know I'm soo happy! I'm not exactly sure I like him to be Edward, but in one picture I saw on imdb he completely looked it. I'm so excited for this movie to come out. Ah man I hate waiting for movies to come out. Like SYWTBAW and Twilight are jumping around in my brain. I need sleep, I don't even know what I'm talking about anymore.. anyway I'm excited they finally casted Edward.

• When I heard that Robert Pattinson was going to play Edward, my heart dropped a little. I don't know if I can really read the book and put his face on Edward's character. After a while, though, I just accepted that he was the producer's choice and there's really no way to change it.

I was very happy that they cast Kristen Stewart as Bella, though. I think it was a very good choice and she really suits Bella's character. I think that *maybe* Kristen looks a little too "I hate the world and the world hates me" than I think Bella should look. I'd think she'd look a little more clueless than cold.

Just my two cents, part of my semi-annual posting spree.

Ah well, i STILL can't wait for the movie! it's a good book! And i hope Bella gets together with Edward, and not Jacob. It seems to me that if Bella was REALLY Jacob's soul mate, he would have imprinted. He hasn't, so obviously there is someone else out there that he is meant to be with. (and i wish sam's old girlfriend would realize the same thing and get over him...he's with who he's meant to be with)
Of course, it's not as easy as all that- she's hurt, pure and simple. But eventually she'll find herself in the exact same situation.
I'm baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaack.

For those of you that are less than happy with Robert Pattinson, watch this video. At first, I hated Robert Pattinson, but then my friend sent me this video, and I could totally see him as Edward. Kristen Stewart is going to be amazing! I love her for Bella!

• whereever did you see jakeup? *whistles innocently* sorry, though. It's been a while since i've seen the name.
I worry about what will happen to him. I hope he doesn't stay like that for all eternity. I know he's hurt, but Bella's happy, and if he really loves her he'll accept that her being happy is all that really matters...There will just be a time before his pain gives way enough to let him see it.

• i definatly didn't image that Robert Pattinson would get Edward's part and i'm so with who ever said he looked older then 17. he might need to be but he has to look like he has more wisdom than his '17' years. no offense but Robert Pattinson doesn't look as if he has more wisdom than however old he is! yr, that's so true about what you said about jacob and how he needs to get over the fact he'll miss bella. of course i'm hoping jacob dies soon but still.

• Let me just say: I hate Jacob Black with a fiery burning passion that he probably doesn't completely deserve. I want him to die a slow, painful death at the hands of Edward.
Now that I've got that off my chest, I don't think Jacob will ever realize that if he really loves Bella, he needs to let her go. All he can see is that her choice means that he's going to lose her forever. Once she becomes a vampire, there's no going back. She'll still be alive, but she won't be Jacob's Bella. So, in a way, I think that makes it harder for Jacob to reconcile with the fact that he needs to let her go. It's going to take a man with a lot more maturity than Jacob has to let go of Bella. Poor Jacob. I would almost feel sorry for him, if i didn't hate him so much.

• Someone brough up the point that he might have imprinted on Bella after all (Though i'd dismissed that already) in which case, as much as we might want to, we can hardly blame him for any of his actions.

• Jacob hasn't imprinted on Bella. The imprinting has to be done at first sight, I think, but that didn't happen. [He was staring at Bella trying to imprint in Eclipse, but it didn't work.] At the risk of facing the wrath of Edward/Bella fangirls/fanboys, I am a Jacob/Bella fan. I think that Jacob would be healthier for her. I think she's more natural with Jacob than she is with Edward: she feels like she needs to be more mature with Edward when she needs to act like a little kid every once in a while like she can with Jacob. "We were sneaking around behind our parents backs, fixing up dangerous vehicles, and he didn't have any problems with it. Thank goodness for teenage boys." --paraphrased from New Moon and "Jacob!" "Bella!" "How'd you get here?" "I snuck out!" "Awesome!" -- paraphrased from Eclipse. All the while they were jumping around like little kids. That's what she needs, not being all mature all the time. One more thing: "save the werewolves!" Okay, I'm done. *runs away before Bella/Edward fangirls can eat her*
