• PM is making fun of me. *glares* In chime (I dunno when I left chime, but I didn't come back for hours, and I think it ghostied me while I was gone. Anyway, no one was there when I returned), he copied and pasted his signature. I think it's great to be siggied, no matter the quote. But this one was in purple! And it was making fun of my typo... lemme find a page with his signature so I can copy.

it's not like you could set the erroes to "off." -- Gryphon in ToGR

    Rawwrr.

Whoo! We played foursquare. The four of us were up in the tree, when B mentioned he had a lot of chalk, and I said foursquare would be fun, and then everyone but T agreed. T went along anyway. (T = brother) So I called Ace, G king, B queen, and T was left with duke. It works by whoever calls it first. As I was climbing down the tree, I realized it was impossible to land in my shoes... okay, I'll back up to explain this bit.

I was reading when the ice cream truck sounded, and I grabbed the ice cream money and ran outside (we have it in a plastic thing (???) just for the ice cream truck). The people who lived at BW's house were there, and I'd never met them before. I said hi and all that while I waited to get mine (strawberry shortcake ice cream!) and then... wooh, still need to back up to explain the shoes.

I went outside. It was kinda cold, but I refused to admit that it had dropped a little bit in temperate. So short sleeves and all of that. But as soon as I stepped outside, I could smell the fertilizer. It has a smell, btw. I peered at the grass and groaned, spotting the tiny white dots. To confirm it, I asked mom if fertilizer had been put on the grass. It was a yes. And I also asked if I could still run around the yard barefoot, dreading and already knowing the answer. So I'm miffed. I love running barefoot, and the grass was just coming up on the side yard. Rawwrr. All the small things in life... anyway, no, I wasn't reading when I heard the ice cream truck, it was then. I bolted out the door (in barefeet, yes), across the yard, and down the street where he had already been stopped. Through the grass. Whatever, fertilizer doesn't kill. But it irritates my feet a lot. So after getting the ice cream, I pulled my pants up to my knees so I could rinse my feet without getting the ends wet and sat on the edge of the tub. After I had scrubbed off my feet with soap, I realized the edge of the tub was wet; Sammy had taken a bath earlier and obviously made a big mess. He didn't like baths, and he even knew what the word meant by now.

So later, when we were all up in the tree, I took off my shoes and tossed them down. Would've been socks too, but the shoes were slip-ons, and I was (I thought) only going to be out for a little. I hate shoes _and_ socks. B asked how I was going to get my shoes back without stepping on the yard (it wasn't like I could reach them from the tree), and I said I could just fall into them. B: "wow, really?" Then I said, yeah, but I've never tried. XD I didn't land on my shoes. I tried to climb as low as I could down a vertical branch, but it wasn't low enough. So I hung upside down from another. I gave up, grabbed my shoes, and brushed my feet off on grass. On the way up to play foursquare (we have a spot in front of Joe's house where we always play), G brought up something B said. He's the kinda of person who likes to say stuff... that's quotable. And today's was (not verbatim) : "I could draw a straight line for foursquare with a straight ruler. With a really really really really long yardstick." Yardsticks, I pointed out, only came in one size... B did have a lot of sidewalk chalk. It came in this massive rectangular container with white, yellow, red, green, purple, and blue. He said he had a second one which left us in awe. So we spent a long time decorating our squares after the outline was drawn. It was a little crooked, but we didn't care, and T's entire line had to be redrawn. BB (joes' older brother) was awesome at foursquare boxes, but G said that she saw him biking, and that he might not be back for a while. He's in college for music something or other, and when he comes home, he likes to go on big biking trips. I didn't get to finish coloring in my Ace; I had to go in for dinner, but when I came out later, a game had been started, and Joe was in ace. Rawwrr. He hasn't changed at all. Well, a little less negative, but he thinks so much of himself. It's not an exaggeration to say his ego is the size of jupiter. Foursquare rocks. I nearly got out for a few of my hits; I hit the ball so hard when it's not an easy hit that it would've be a really slam if it weren't for the fact that it were so low. Slams are when the ball is hit so hard that it bounces well out of next person's reach (up in the air). Oh, but remember my comment about how I had shoes without socks, but I didn't think I'd be out long with them? From jumping around so much playing foursquare, I wore two blisters on the insides of my feet. It really hurts... But it's better than playing it without shoes on rough concrete. My entire feet would've been jarred numb or torn up.

Wow, long post already. There's nothing really to conplain about. I'm content. I can't run around outside barefoot, but the fertilizer will go away eventually. And Joe I can deal with also. He's a pain, but that's okay.

Oh, which reminds me... I saw sparkle outside earlier when I was up in the tree. She was out in the fertilizer, and she not only walks in it, but she'd clean her feet afterward. I don't know what to do with that right now...

I like playing bowling with the bumpers. Hehe.

Well, Kaiba, I guess you'll have a lot more to relate to about your penpals... And maybe you'll still write to them for a long time. And since when did people _sleep_ at sleepovers!? It was always our goal to see if we could stay awake the entire night.

Yeahhh... you really want to wear thick clothes for paintballs. I can imagine they hurt with the speed they come out of the gun. I've never done it, but I might, and I've seen the welts my dad and brother got from it. Paintballing was my brother's hobbing at one time, and it was really expensive. Right now it's skateboarding. I don't like skateboarding... it's kinda like the fear of heights, what with standing on a board that I don't trust to stay upright. *huggles Kaiba*

No, your posts aren't scary... just when the two mods are together in chat. I don't know what Lee was thinking when she gave the two most destructive/dangerous/murderous (to the conversation) mod powers.

    • Ummm....Sorry Gryph, but I have to get off soon, so I can't read all of your dramatic and heartfelt story about foursquare, fertilizer, bowling, and other things you have a strong feeling about.

I just want to say that I won today's soccer game, 5-0. And I played goalie for half of it.

Gr. Rub it in, why don't you? Steph and I lost our soccer game. Of course. But we were playing a lot better than last week. (Meaning: our normal goalie was back.) They only got in one goal, and that was complete luck. (They got a breakaway and scored really quick. They didn't get many more shots after that.) Note to self: never, EVER miss a soccer practice. The defense goes crazy. I missed soccer practice yesterday for a girl scout thing, and now the defense is the "fantastic five", and they all have nicknames. Scary little people.

Hehehe. It's 11:18 pm, and I'm so hyper. Steph knows why. Our friend's surprise party was today! SO nice! Steph and A's boyfriends were there. (Steph's boyfriend will be J, and A's boyfriend will be K.) J refused to dance at all. Even with Steph. And she got really mad at him. But they made up, and by the last dance (the only slow dance) they were dancing together, and it looked so sweet. J's really cute. (Even though Steph's gonna kill me for saying that. And keep in mind that this is the first time I've met him, even tough they've been dating for months. He goes to another school, and I don't get out much.) Then, at the end of the party, there was soo much food and soda left over. Me and another girl went over to the food table and drank about a liter of coke each. I'm going to be awake until four at this rate. I almost got an entire two-liter of soda, but I lost at rock-paper-scissors.

Awww. Three of Steph's little puppies left today! *sniff* Including my favorite one. There's only two left, and I think they're going soon. They already know who's going to get them.

Haha! Steph and I did that once! We didn't sleep at all! We didn't mean to...but at five in the morning we gave up and just stayed awake. (Since it was during the summer, she came over to my house after wards, and we feel asleep for two hours. Mom wanted to know why we were so tired...)

        Kaiba
Tonight there's some silly bowling party (for the penpals, and us hosts) and I have to go to that, too... Oh yipee, I bowl as well as Katsuya Jonouchi aces a test...in other words, I've hit like one strike in my life; bowling is NOT my thing. If you take away tose bumpers *hugs bumpers* my ball will LIVE in the gutter, not just visit there. Hopefully it'll be fun, though I suck at it. And I hope that more US kids ACTUALLY show up this time.
My mom can't bowl very well either. At a girl scout thing once, two people (mom and E) kept on getting gutter balls. Then again, I'm not very good either. I still like bumpers, because I can do a ricochet shot.

I already told Gryphon yesterday that we wouldn't delete the TOGR by accident. If we delete it, it'll be because we meant to.

You know, that girl is really hard to reassure. I already told her that it takes about five clicks to delete the TOGR and confirm I meant to do it. It didn't help. Bizarre, eh?

            • *maniacal laughter* Hah hah! Everybody point and laugh at Angel's situation with "him!" *points and laughs at Angel's situation with "him"*

Be nice to the kid, 'Mato. He's moving to Arizona next year! You won't see him again after the 28th of May! Of course...he'll probably stalk you online then...*more maniacal laughter* Oh well.

So we just bought a house...yeah...There are three bedrooms upstairs (well...one is the size of two bedrooms...but whatever) and since I'm an only child I get the entire upstairs!!! WOOOOOO! PAARRRTAAAAY!!!! *cough* Right...well the rooms are pink and purple, pink and yellow, and beige (not including technicolour bathrooms) so I have to prime the uber-bright rooms. Do you know how hard purple is to cover?!? AND the ceilings in the rooms are about 12 feet tall!!! How am I (small and 5'2") supposed to reach that!!! A ladder...I don't like ladders. Oh well. So...I'm covered in paint.

We have 1 and a half acres of land...it's really steep in a lot of places, so it's reeeeally hard to mow. (We have a twelve foot waterfall too...wooo!) This guy who mows the guy across the streets yard offered to mow it for $25! For those who know nothing but pounds...that's a deal. He was s'posed to mow it Friday...but it's Sunday...and no guy...*growl* Oh well.

My dad's side of the family came over for the grand tour yesterday, so, naturally I took a few (along with Padre) down to the waterfall. The guy next door's kid, who, might I add, is the same age as me, just happened to be down there...so...of course...Dad had to have a convo with him...gosh...I haven't even met the kid yet, and I'm sure Dad has scared him away.

Somehow, through a small convo between his dad and my parents...the kid is mowing my lawn today...Of course, I'll be covered in paint and have on a huge baggy shirt and paint-splattered jeans. Nice. "Hi! I'm Rachel! You must be Kyle. Why, yes, I'm covered in paint and my hair is a mess, thank you for noticing." *sigh* Oh well...might as well see me at my worst the first time he sees me...

I feel like putting two songs on here...so here it goes.

First, this song is why my friend Dani has declared her middle name is Mary. She says that her grandma has changed her middle name a lot and so can she...My middle name (says her) is "Mr. T." Verrry long story...Oh...what? Oh yeah! The song!

"The Wind Cries Mary" Jimi Hendrix

And the next...(it is stuck in my head)

              "Helena" My Chemical Romance

              Wheee! Done now!

That's not funny! Five isn't a big number.

Wow... an entire floor to yourself... When we moved into our house, all of the walls were pink, and the kitchen was this ugly yellow. The kitchen is still an ugly yellow, but we've painted all of the walls white, 'cept for the bedrooms, which were in color.

Gahh, we only were paid $20 for raking a yard, and that's harder! A couple of years ago, a lot of the kids on the neighborhood got together and went house to house. We only got to rake one yard, and after that, we decided we weren't going to do it anymore. And we didn't let Joe come because he would've had us do it without paying. Which kinda eliminates the whole purpose.

                *BIG HUGGLES*

Oh yeah, my mom convinced me to do this facial thing. The stupid stuff people do. Anyway, I had a coat of green mud all over my face, and I read for two hours straight before I could take it off. Whatever, I can live, but I don't know what it was for. I'm loving my book at least. For a moment, there was a time when I wasn't calling the main character an idiot, but he earned the title again. It's Assassin's Quest, third in the Farseer trilogy by some guy. Hobb or something. Anyway, they're really good.

                So to post...

Of course, you can't see any of that whatsoever through all the posters and pictures, but the eensy bits that you can are very calming since they're both pale, pastel shades. I would have done them bright, but I have a thing for spring green.

I was pulling down the windows on the bus to let in air. They had latches that had to be pulled in while you push the window up a little to get it loose, then pull it all the way down. The bus driver commented that I would break my finger nails like that. ... I held up my hands and said, "I have no finger nails."
