I nearly made it to orange belt at karate, but then I went and dislocated my knee going back wasnt such a good idea.

And then recently, I was considering starting karate up here (I started uni this year) when I went and re-dislocated my knee!! So Nius is not a happy bunny

Hopefully will be around for the next DD chat, the chance of talking with one of my most favouritest authors is just too gorgeous an opportunity to miss...if kind of awe-inspiring..

Nicole did something really nasty to her knee a few months ago. She kicked and landed on the foot that she kicked with. She came back within a few days of injury, but avoided stances, katas, and that sort of stuff, and then talked about how great of a lesson that was. Nicole is very enthusiastic. *huggles Nius* You dislocated twice!? Owww...

Gibby is back again! I love hearing from you. *huggles* And it sounds like you need your huggles.

Days feel a lot shorter lately. Meh. Another semester and another week of finals until summer, and then there'll be no school and no homework.

Science fiction and fantasy fans from 25 years ago have, too, including the one who reviewed Door Into Fire in an amateur magazine - the first time I'd heard of DD.

Thanks for the huggles, Gryph, I've been needing them recently!! My physiotherapy starts in a couple of weeks so hopefully I will have a full range of movement back relatively soon. Trouble is I've always got to be careful with it now *sniffle* which means I can't really do lots of fun things. (For example the first time I did my knee I was ice skating...that was three years ago and I havent set foot in an ice rink since...actually...wow I think it might have been three years ago today...)

I really want to get back to karate sometime, I loved it. And it also meant I could feed my choccie addiction without gaining weight!!

Oooh I think I know the deal with the triangle, A triangle on the surface of a sphere eg. the earth can have three right angles *nod self* I'm remembering this from what my math teacher told me a few years ago though, so I may be wrong ^_^

My one knee is messed up. I went to the doctor about it (I told this story to the forum already, but I know Ni and a few other members don't know it), and, because a lot of my other joints were having problems, she sent me off to have my blood tested for Lyme Disease without checking my knee at all. I tested negative, thank god, and I was pretty scared; I had more symptoms of it than just the joint pain. Pretty much everything, in fact, 'cept for the rash which doesn't always show up. I did a little research on Lyme's Disease before I got the results back.

New fav shorty: IIRC; If I remember correctly. PM used it in chat today. XD

I need more Sum 41 albums. *nods* I love this stuff.

I joined an avidgamers RP once but it died...I used to be into this MUD (for those that don't know, MUD/MUSH's are basically RP worlds and you get rooms with descriptions and stuff, entirely text based) called Achaea, but theres so many people on it now, and barely anyone left from when I first started *snuffle* so I'd like to get involved in some kind of RP again.

I've known some online friends for about 3 and 1/2 years at the Harry Potter rpg I was part of. I quit about a month back. it's tragic really, but I couldn't stand what it was becoming. This person took over and its' been changing and it's losing it's sense of community and everything that was good there before.

I already told everyone this, but I FINALLY BEAT KINGDOM HEARTS CHAIN OF MEMORIES!!!!!! YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!!!!!!!!! Yea... I beat it in science class a few days ago. I beat it as Sora andas Riku!!!!! It was easier with Sora and funner with Sora because Riku's story didn't keep going while you go through the worlds. Only when you're in Castle Oblivian and Destiny Islands. It's so fun!!!! My avie is Riku in KH2 (Kingdom Hearts 2). Well, I think it's himm from KH 2...

Yea... So I'm skipping English and History right now. I know I should go, but I'm going to fail it anyway... I hate Ms. Barrett. But Madame Blangy, my French teacher, is going to have a baby in April! I hope its on my birthday, April 16. I signed up for YW right before my birthday!!!!

Dai Ni! I was reading your thing about dislocating your knee a while back and then re-dislocating it when you went to Uni. (I assume you mean college?) The same thing happened to me. 4 years ago, to this day I think (actually prolly more like the 19th or so) I dislocated my left knee in PE. I wasn't really doing anything, I just happened to jump and land wrong. I moved shortly after, and it eventually got better. When I came to college in August 2004, I stupidly tried the rock climbing wall and guess what? I re-dislocated my knee. It's better now, but I have to be really careful. I signed up for karate this semester. I've only had one class, and we haven't done anything yet. Tuesday is when it really gets going. E-mail me sometime, ok?

You'll have to join VGDawn, then. Dawn of the Conqueror's Age It's about to have a new plotline, so go ahead and apply without worrying about that. VGDawn is an AG2 rpg. I've been thinking about upgrading it to a paid account, but I haven't yet. I'd've created an AG1 roleplay if I had a choice, but they've shut down all new ones since AG2. And AG2 is only cool if you have a paid site.
