i've made my twilight loving friends jealous, because i have the book already, and they've been wanting it FOREEEEVER. i'd lend it to them, but ONE, it's from the library, and TWO...we're in different states! (I Doubt the library would approve. :P) still, new moon seems a good book at the moment...I'm baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaack.

Have you guys seen the Eclipse quote of the day on stepheniemeyer.com? They're in the news section and they're super awesome!
If you missed a couple of days, I have them archived if you want to see them. So people think your a loser for bringing out a book? That is stupid. Who wants to gossip anyway when you have something good to read. People really need to mind there own business and leave smarter people alone. People must have thought i was a big loser then too. Because i did the same thing. For brief on-topic-ness, I have never read Twilight or New Moon, but I'll pick up Twilight if it shows up at the library- the only good reason to read them, for me, is the fact that Nate recommended them.
This might be because Nate is the last person on earth I'd expect to fangirl (or fanboy, or fanperson, or whatever you want to say) over anything, and posts about a supposedly hot character are more likely to turn me away from a series than anything else. I still doubt, somehow, that I'd like them enough to buy, though.
EDIT (because I don't want to have to post again): The Nate I was talking about is a guy whose username is EmissaryNate. He hasn't been on in a while, and posts rarely.Comment

You can find a new quote each day on her site but old quotes don't remain on the site so you have to check every day if you want to see them all.

*can't wait for eclipse* i read the first chapter at the back of new moon...and have been torturing my friend who hasn't read it ever since. i don't MEAN too! it's jsut that i have to talk about the book in SOME way, and every time i do so...torturing ensues. :P *talks here instead* kinda spoiler now <span class="ev_code_WHITE">i can't wait to see what bella will be like as a vampire, i mean, look at what she can do as a human! she's gotta be powerful...but why can alice see her in her visions? is it because she had her powers as a human as well? or is it something else? maybe because of the nature of her ability</span> ok, spoiler over. i just wonder at that...I'm baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaack.

when does the 3rd book come out? the 27th or something, right? how much says that bella's becoming a vampire get's delayed? i don't think stephine meyer will keep writing about edward and bella once bella becomes a vampire. she'll probably just tell us that they lived forever together.

Eclipse is officially released August 7, 2007. I think that Bella will get changed at the end of Eclipse, and that the fourth book, Breaking Dawn, will be about Bella adjusting to life as a vamp. But that's just my opinion.
