Love sonnet's going ok. I wrote eight lines in Health that I think I can use. They even follow the rhyme scheme and have the correct amount of syllables.

Valentine's Day's around the corner. I hate Valentine's Day, because it's the only day at school where Public Displays of Affection (PDA) aren't something bad. Of course, since I'm me, I have no one to show PDA with. Also, there's the whole stupid tradition of Key Club selling carnations for Valentine's Day. I hate that, since I've never gotten one and it's depressing (at least I've sent one though.) And candygrams back in middle school? Blech. I hate Valentine's Day.

Except for the candy hearts. The white ones, since all other flavors taste weird. I wonder what flavor the white ones are?

today was a good day in my A+ certifications class we are starting to learn about ROM chips and System BIOS

For those who don't know A+ is a computer class that teaches you the basics of comuter technology and licenses you as a pc repairman.

I'm kinda bored now... which is horrifying since i have internet and i can't think of any thing to do... *decides to go play a boring game from addictinggames.com...

I had bacon cheeseburger pizza for dinner today...it tasted like bacon cheeseburger and like a pizza...

Okay here goes a little ranting..

God, I had so many computer problems on this graphing paper but I still had to turn it in and so i probaly got a bad grade, oh well.

Ohh my parents want me too look into changing schools so i can get more AP coures but i dont know if its worth it. Should I stop going to a school I have been going to since first grade just to get a little bit better of and education? I dont know.

I finally got around to making another avie. Since I can't find the Photoshop CD, I downloaded Gimp. GIMP IS AWESOME. I'm still getting used to it, so I'll probably make a better avie later. (And when I'm more awake. Avie-making is fun, but when it's really late at night and you're using a program that's brand-new to you... yeah, the results aren't going to be anything like amazing.)

Newbies. :/ I know perfectly well it should be a good thing that we're getting newbies... a good thing that the membership wayy increased after W@W's release. More people reading the series and all that. But at the same time... nghh. They're just... I barely know anyone in chat anymore, and I'm on every day.

And, um, yo newbies! It won't kill ya to use the key called backspace a little. Read over your post and look for spelling errors. Seriously. It takes about thirty seconds to fix them. If you don't know how to spell a word, that's fine. Dictionary.com is good for that. But the errors that have nothing to do with not knowing how to spell a word, things like slef - self; those are common, obvious and really easily fixed. As I was typing that, like turned into liek. It happens. It's incredibly easy to fix it. Put in a little effort. (Likewise, the shift key is not hard to use.)

Even though that has a lot to do with the fact that the avie size limit is now 100x100, which is a pretty standard, ordinary size... But yeah, that's a good point; sometimes I'm not too good at seeing the positives.

iTunes shuffle is insane. Does anyone know if there's any way to get it to stop playing mostly/all things that have no/very little play count? Because almost all it's coming up with is Linkin Park, Evanescence, and Three Days Grace. XD Not that I don't like LP, Evanescence, and TDG, but it'd be nice to have, y'know, variety.

Valentine's day is an overcommercialized excuse to sell more jewelry to people. I guess it's sort of sweet if you actually have someone for it to be sweet with, but if you don't it just kinda sucks/is depressing. Actually, I don't think I've ever remembered it. *shrug*

Erm... I hope my avie worked, anyway. I did the custom avie thing, and it showed up okay- it was shrunk for some reason, but I checked the forums in a separate tab and it looked fine. But when I hit submit changes, it came up with "Profile update restricted. The form you are using is not recognized by this site. Please refresh the page and try again." When I hit Go Back, the avie'd disappeared; when I hit edit, it was there again...
(btw, go and look up the lyrics to System of a Down's Pyscho, if you don't know them already. Change the spelling of groupie to groupee, and you get what I want to yell at the forum-people every time Cedric crashes, or every time I get a really annoying error that makes no sense.)

The key, here is mastering smart playlists. For example, you could create a smart playlist that's everything that hasn't been listened to in the last three months and/or that has been played more than 3 times, and then shuffle and play from that. Of course, this will only work if you have more than Linkin Park, Evanescence, and Three Days Grace in your library.

You may also want to take the time to rate your music. Then you've got more data to work with.

Hungry: Actually....it was quite good, in my opinion. maybe it's just because I don't have very much, but I have read Dickinson, Poe, even a little Shakespeare, Churchill, and a few I can't remember, as well as some more modern poems. Just sitting here, I looked at the moon, which reminded me of how today I was sings "That's Amore" (or however you spell that) and "Bella Notre" (from Lady and the Tramp). They were both Italian songs about the moon (or so one assumes), and I was just randomly singing them. :P

GIMP IS AWESOME.

Gimp is nice, but it's certainly no Photoshop. I can't really stand the fact that it's multiple windows, that just bothers me. Photoshop just feels so.... organized and Gimp doesn't have the same feel. But it is open source which is a plus. Now if we can just get you using GAIM. *Does his hands together in a not-creepy manner that shows that he's planning something*

I stand by my gaurdian, thank you. I think the biggest problem is the lack of a preview window. Or at least I don't see one so I'm having to edit my post in all the places I've messed up.


I just finished reading Tuesdays With Morrie earlier today. I can't really describe it. The book made me cry, but it wasn't sad. Happy wasn't the word for it, either, though. It was certainly though provoking, and I'm glad to see that I already live by a lot of the philosophy in the book, but I certainly should apply a lot more of it to my daily life. It's a good book, though. Pick it up.

Also, Amazon delivered three books to me today. All on grammar and the such. Can I use HTML? The Elements of Style: Illustrated, Eats, Shoots and Leaves, and The Chicago Manual of Style. The Elements of Style is proving interesting as I glance through it's rules, but I'm finding that I don't really know a lot of the different phrases and terms it uses, like parenthetic expressions. I might have to go through and actually read my copy of Grammatically CORRECT. I have too many books on English.

I have pretty bright pink and orange nails. They are soo cooooool lookin. Lol im so weRid. They look like spray paint colors..hehe Im good with spray paint. That was random.

My dad once spray painted a frog when he was outlining they lay out for the pool he was building...I feel bad for it. It was one of those evil ugly toads though. I hate them! Im making a myspace!! I just read Clonies post! THANK YOU! Same here i will be typing it and i dont seee teh error. Im glad no one else is going on and trying to gang up on the newbies for spelling errors. I dont think it is nice. Personally, yes i think it should be corrected but not yelled at for one little mistake! We wont die just becuase i (yes me) spelled the word "self" wrong a couple of times. Its just a typo that isnt meant for being yelled at! How would you like it if someone came up to you and said "Hey! You have spelling typos and problems with spelling! Go fix them now cause i want it fixed" I wouldnt like it. But i am dealing with it cause i am a cool newbie. Im sorry for my typos but my fingers are typing it. So im sure you had made typos when you were new as well WildFlower. Yes im refering to you as well as Gryphon. Personally I think it isnt as big a issue as you seem to be making it. OMG YES! I have had Ginger beer it is sooo icky! My mom loves the stuff. I CANT STAND IT! I had to drink when we were on tehbeach cause we forgot to bring Fanta. It was gaging. JUst totally horrid. What with all of this Valentines and anti-Valentines day stuff going on ('cuz it's kinda... y'know, Valentines Day 'n all today), I need to say something. There's a difference between being single and feeling single, and I'm feeling very single.

It's depressing.

All I can say is, thanks for all of the friends who can be single with me and bake happy V-day cookies for everyone. <3 And thanks for all of the people who can and do sympathtize, even if they didn't bake cookies. And also, thanks to all the people who didn't bake cookies out of concern for others' health.

I hate Valentines day.
