HOME

Darkness surrounding like a veil
But within that darkness a light shines
Hope glitters this tale,
Looking for nothing but finding everything
I snap my fingers and an eco occurs
Lonely, afraid, truth unfolds
A feeling of overwhelming fear in everlasting life
Tho time is nothing eternity is everything
This light shines so bright that I see clearly
Trying to find home.
Trying to find life.

Darkness surrounding my vision turning light around
But within the darkness I follow with renewed hope
A feeling of helplessness overwhelm, overcome
Living without knowing
Wanting more in life to feel.

The fabric of time overwhelming with knots and tears
But a single tear in life is the healing touch
The laugher of a child just born into this world
We try to hold on but we fall apart from this life
Into the well with no bottom
We fall hoping beyond hope it will all end
Then something comes
I found home.

oh wow since when have i been your little boy *raiseing eyebrow* oh and you made it in the library what happened to you not being able to use itin their???. umm but thanks any way for the compliment it helps to know i have a loyal fan (well not as much loyal more fan huh?) umm ya i was thinking about using this for my poetry homework though.

Uhm, question. If you can spell perfectly in your poem, why can't you spell like that, here in the forum posts? Just a question. Thought it needed asking.

that is a good question. the reason is because i have had people look over it and spell check it. so ya i am working on my spelling but i need to get a travle dictionary. lol

The Heart of the Matter

The world was made to turn,
And the world was made to change,
Any attempt at stopping this is simply out of range,
The world is as it should be,
And though trouble is at hand,
The only time to say a word,
The only time to stand,
Is at the Heart, and at the Time, When the Kernel of Life is shining brightly in your eyes,
In your Life, and in your Dreams,
the Magic will never cease, when all is as it should be,
in the heart of things.

(I was in an odd mood when I wrote it)

He ran as he runs, and ran for his honor,
he ran as he always,
til man came and took his lands.
Oh father, gather your pack,
leave your lands and never come back,
run for your family, run for your honor,

He ran and never came back.

The moon is above, the sun is below,
he ran like he'd never run again

The moon in his soul and the sun in his eyes,
he ran for his honor and for his pack,
he ran for the night,
he ran for the land,
he ran for the stars,
he ran for his pup,
he ran away from the people's traps,
and he never came back.

Night around, land below,
ran for his honor and never came back.

Coming to wait and coming to save
To pull the lost one from his grave
Speaking the truth and fighting the darkness
That always seems to get its way
Bringing the universe to its senses
Reinforcing the weak defenses
Bringing magic that has the power
To fight the battle and win.

A Wizard Alone
What use is a wizard who stands in the dark
Waiting for something to come his way?
What help is a wizard that hides in a shadow
Containing his power until the last day?
If one looks deeper into his life
They'll see that his world is spinning,
But if someone looks even deeper still,
They'll see the battle he's winning.

I Find Freedom
I've only twice left my birth state,
and confined so near my home,
I feel that something's missing
as I spend my time alone

There's a cavern in my soul
that's yearning to be filled,
and thereby ease my troubled mind
and my soul so little thrilled

Escaping to all I have--
a book, a true good friend--
I find freedom from this world
and her rules to which I bend

Freed from expectations,
in pages creamy white
I indulge in what I love
be it satires or the Eternal Fight

When with a book I need nothing--
not love nor time nor friend.
When oppressed, disheartened, vexed or controlled,
I find freedom once again

being frozen--captivated, cringing yet in awe
