  • I'm at the library now, while Mom's at work. I've had a lot of appointments, a lot of people talking to me... they're afraid to leave me home alone, with good reason.

So I've been playing a lot of "Animal Crossing"... it's really boring around here... I can't really talk to anyone, they won't let me online at home. But whatever. Things will be all right, I hope.

    • Art: I hope everything goes alright for you. Remember that everyone here is your friend and we're always here for you.

Lisa: The forums that we are both refering to are different forums. I meant "official" meaning the site when you type "yugioh.com" (No, I am NOT refering to the Japanese official site, though I've been there too.) Whatever, it's all confusing...

I just realized that I've never ever seen a Jonouchi X Bakura doujinshi or fanfic in my entire life. Well, since I became a rabid yaoi shipper at least... Yami no Bakura's paired with characters like Seto *Yummy!*, to Anzu *barf*, even Honda, but never Jonouchi! That's so odd... It'd be a very confusing pairing though, because Yami no Bakura and Jonouchi actually never really interact....hmm....but I prefer Bakura wih Ryou or Seto anyway... And Jonouchi would be hotter with Malik...

I heard the YGO soundtrack yesterday on my only friend's computer on this cool program that lets you listen to songs and albums for free. The songs were decent, which surprised me. My friend actually saved the theme song or something. She's like my only friend that likes/obsessed-with Yugioh. but The strangest thing, was the fact that in like hiphop top thirty was a Pokemon song! What the heck?! It was called like "Pikachu's winter vacation," and it was on the pop top thirty or something! What insanity has the world come to?!?!

Lisa, both of our posts are like replies to each others posts. We should start a topic called "Kaiba and Lisa's random YGO posts!" Joking...

My shiny green ipod is dead. T.T Well, it never really worked in the first place but that's beside the point... I got it a year and half and it's NEVER been compatible with my computer (outdared iMac) and now it won't even plug up to my friend's computer! Maybe it ran outa battery... and yet, it was never even used!

I need to pack in my suitcase today. Because tomorrow my family goes in an airplane (I'm sick of airplanes... I had to go in like eight for my French trip) to a wedding in Boston or something and then we go somewhere else near-by that city for some other random thing. So I won't post for maybe I week, or at least five days. But maybe I'll post before that.... whatever, who cares?...

This whole post was pointless. Just random ramblings. Well, this IS the ToGR.

EDIT: We're putting my cat to sleep today. *sad sad sad.* My cats been there my whole life and freaking TWENTY-FOUR years old! And she's paralyzed in her back legs, and today, she has to die. She doesn't want to die yet, who cares if she can't get up and is like 145 years old in cat years! I'm so sad. Everyone give me huggles...

At least HBP comes out TONIGHT!!! AT MIDNIGHT!!! YAYYYYYY!!!! *cries for my dying kitty*

      • Bowling? I love bowling. I am UB312 31337 47 Bowling.

*stares* I am the 31337 H4XX0R! Well, not.

Everybody has new avvies. They're strange. SCARY!

I love alternate universes. I disappeared into one, and I went into free fall. For five seconds. Then re-appeared on top of the water at the pool near WaterMania. I jumped that place FIVE TIMES. Well, it feels like I go into an alternate universe. It's like there's no sound. There's nothing except me falling.

Then I hit the water. Owch.

"At least you can see the floor in my room."
Aaah. *twitches* Everything must be organized. W

I seriously cried out loud when I heard this couple and their kid returned an early copy of HBP to the bookstore.

        *eyes glaze over* The chance....MONEY.....NOO!!!

        Hi.

        *starts snickering at PM* *stops*

        "139 days untill HBP"... *Heeeee*

*huggles Art* Things WILL be all right.

Gah. I can't stop this. This is boring. I've got a bunch of one-liners above me. AHHH!!! I'm leaving before I do anything else. *stares at Tatiana's post on the 12th* *screams*

        • Dudes There's like, totally only about 12 hours until HBP! Hehe...I sound like that weird kid in science...

Yesterday while babysitting I watched Star Wars: A New Hope. It wasn't as bad as I thought it'd be, but I didn't really understand the beginning...that might have been because I kept getting up to comfort the 4 year old who couldn't sleep...Why do I babysit? I don't even really like kids that much...but I guess it's fun.

Oh yeah, in the afore mentioned babysitting job? The parents got back an hour late...so at 11:30 I was sitting around, wondering where the heck they were, and they walked in right as Star Wars ended. I was like "where were you guys? You were gone awhile." They said they'd WALKED half way across town to get coffee. COFFEE!? I had cross country in the morning, I don't care if you want coffee. I want to sleep, we don't all get what we want...whoa. That was spooky, I'm talking to myself in a post...self, remember to make siblings go to sleep after they get HBP. We're 192 in line for HBP, they have this weird thingie at the local Border's where you can take a number and reserve your place in line, isn't that great?

Hmmm....I smell like chlorine. Well, we did go swimming at gym...and they opened the diving boards! I was about to go off the high dive, and I got to the top of the ladder, and then I chickened out. I'm terrified of heights. So I climbed down, and this REALLY cute guy was standing at the bottom of the ladder, and he said "It's ok, we don't think any less of you." What does that mean? I've never talked to the kid before...but I wouldn't mind talking to him again...

Hehe...a fly just flew into the room...

I like bowling...I'm pretty good, at least compared to the rest of my family...but my uncle is like a pro bowler. His family used to own a bowling alley, which is awesome. Wouldn't it be so cool to own a bowling alley? I want one!

          Use the Force.

          • Gahh, it's like three minutes to HBP, and I'm only half DIE FANDOM now. I mean, I've decided I'm going to read it, anyway. But GRR to the world talking about nothing else. --'

Heh, I ran out of room on my bookshelves. I moved the HP books to the new bookcase in the hall. And, not surprisingly, I now have a whole lot more room.

I figured out how to make fuzzles in Photoshop! At first there was the small problem of me thinking I didn't have Photoshop, but I found it, sorted out the layers, and made several fuzzles.

A concertish thing tonight at a civil war fort. That was interesting: the band was mostly cajun, and okay. The fort had the really high walls and everything, and stairs to go up to the top, and people were sitting up there... so was I, for a while, reading To Visit the Queen. But then there were ants, and there was no way I was getting off the grass and sitting on the concrete edge. I didn't even like the grass... it was so high up... so I went down and sat on a chair on the ground. Flat ground, without a doomish cliff thingy that looked like it was getting closer every minute.

            Hungry:
Hehe...I'm dead to the world! And I don't care who tells me I can't talk to the living while I'm dead, so...yeah.
I dun think I ever caught up on lost sleep. I've been dead to the world for a while...

            Lisa:
            Random Wicked lyrics!
Hmm. I've managed to get two lines worth of Wicked stuck in my head without having ever seen it.

            Hungry:
Can someone tell Gryphon that vgdawn isn't working? All links are not working...maybe it's just my computer, but I don't know why...
The avidgamers server goes down sometimes. *shrug*

*huggles* I know what it's like to lose a cat, and I'm sorry...

Ok, so I took a while typing. Now HBP is out, and some people already have it. I'll get it tomorrow and read it then, I guess.

I keep writing things late at night. I have no idea why. There was a thunderstorm last night, and after I turned the computer off I stayed in my room writing for a while before I went to sleep. Of course, it's not like a word of it makes sense. Randomness... *types it up, just because*

Thom stared irritably at the toaster on her front porch. All she'd wanted to do was get the mail, but toasters don't ordinarily show up unexplained on your doorstep. She glared at it, then defiantly stepped over it and started across the yard.
            The toaster followed agreeably.
Thom whirled around and shouted at it. It stopped and looked up at her sadly.
Thom sighed and thudded her head against the nearest tree, which had obligingly moved closer a few minutes earlier, sensing the need for a frustration outlet.
Thom muttered, mostly to herself, "Why? Why did I have to move somewhere where inanimate objects aren't, well, inanimate? 'Move to this side of the galaxy,' said mom, but no, I couldn't listen for once, could I? What do toasters want from life, anyway?"
"Bread!" sang the toaster, and "bread!" echoed several voices from the hedge. A small herd of toasters gathered at an annoyed Thom's feet.
            "Bread," repeated Thom.
The toasters, if they could have, would have nodded.
Thom thudded her head on the tree again. A loaf of bread fell from the branches.
"Bread-tree!" sang the toasters, and flew up to it. Thom blinked and decided not to get the mail after all. There was a microwave coming down the street.

            • I think the official term for what I've just done is "pulled an all-nighter," meaning I stayed awake all night.

              No sleep.

The more common term is "obsessed" or "crazy."

              I finished it.

I recieved my copy around 1 a.m. after a long and rather amusing party.

I began reading it - and got to page 7 before mom said no - on the ride home.

Now, I spent the whole night reading it, and I know who the Half-Blood Prince is, and I know...*crying* who DIES. Yes, someone DIES. Of course. I won't tell you who, but it's under weird circumstances.

The whole book is different from the rest. Many new things are introduced, including ROMANCE. Yes folks, romance. And there's at least *counts* four different relationships, one QUITE unexpected. Oooops! Five! There's one that I forgot about...and it's very much serious.

Gah. I NEED someone else who's read it!

Oh, and for those of you taking times, I Read The Book in around 5 1/2 hours, slightly less. It's 6:33 as I'm typing now.

So, OUT OF THE BLUE, I'll ask this: what "ship" do you support? Harry/Hermione Ron/Hermione Harry/Ron or OTHER?

Oh my gosh, I told you it was different, but the entire STYLE was weird, y'know? Like a fanfic! Too...much...romance! Gah! And evil stuffs too...it's creepily like one HP fic I read...

I should write a fanfic and make spoilers! Yes!

I'll be rereading it several times in the next week, of course.

*millions of huggles* We had to put my kitty to sleep... He was like 15 and perfectly healthy all of his life, except for his little problem with weight. Er...rather large problem, but it didn't really affect him. Then he got a tumor in his eye. That was bad enough, because it could have spread to his brain. He had surgery and lost the eye, but then he started to actually act sick. He wouldn't eat or drink or anything. That's when we found out he had kidney failure as well, and we had to put him down. *sigh* I loved that kitty...still do.

My puppy missed him as much as I did. It was so sad...she didn't want to come into the basement for months, because that's where he had been most of the time.

Mum is dead set against getting any more animals. *sigh*

I had to babysit from 10 in the morning to 3:45 in the afternoon. I've got a headache that refuses to go away for more than a few hours that has stayed with me for around four days. It's quite vexing. The small children didn't help that much, though they were nothing more than their usual hyper selves. I got 30$ out of it, though. Enough to buy...something. *shrug*

WF: I'm scared. *blink* Toasters...those things are scary! Like, mine will be mean when I'm toasting my waffles and not pop up all the way so I burn my fingers! They are like...evil at times!

WF: I LOVE toasters! Funfunfun! They rule.

                    *millions of huggles for Kaiba*

I told people about this a LONG time ago in chat. *starts all over again*

Once upon a time, like, in 1998, I owned two turtles. They ruled. They moved about in the water, and sat on the rock, and stared at people. They were UB3R 31337. One day, they decided to hide in their shells. Hibernation or something.

My mom thought they were dead. Maybe they were.

We lived in an apartment building. With a garbage chute. And we lived on the 35th floor. We're talking about 40-stories worth of garbage chute.

                    Straight down.

I went insane. Quietly. I started drawing evil people dropping turtles and other stuff off a cliff. I got over it. But I never got another turtle.

*stares* I was ready to stay up all night, then realized that there was nothing to wait up for. Our mall didn't have a HBP celebration. Stubid mall. So I just sat in my tent for a while

(I live in an apartment. I have a balcony. I built one of those huge tents, with the tent poles, on the balcony. I sleep in it. We're offically insane!)

I stared at the side of the tent. Until like it must have been 2 AM. But it seemed like 4.

I'm seriously needing some sleep now. *goes off to the tent*

                    I heard that!

What are you thinking? Ah. Okay.
Hey. You may not support that, but some people do, and I personally don't mind it. I read a pretty good one a while back. <STRIKE>So thpppbbbt.</STRIKE> Erm...Sorry. I'm mad at my sister. I don't mean to sound...mean.

Kaiba, I hope your kitty will go straight to kitty heaven. Or the floating litterbox in the sky. Whichever you prefer. Cats live for a long time, and my aunt's long-lived cat (it was the son of my mom's childhood pet) died recently. His name was Tiger. I was very attached to him, because he comforted me the night I found out about my parents' divorce. He purred LOUD. Like, a roar, not a purr. Hence the name Tiger.

My cat's name is Carrie. I got her several days after I found out my parents were getting a divorce. That's actually what inspired her name. Care...people were caring for me, and I really wanted to remember that. Caring, generosity, love...that's what was on my mind at that time. So far, she's survived Cutie (my youngest brother) dropping her down two flights of stairs (inside, and she tore up his foot on the way down), and then Cutie dropping her off the deck outside, and a family of evil catbirds who attacked her every time she went outside. (Those birds were vicious. They attacked me and my mom...but they disappeared a few months after Carrie started going outside regularly.)

I wrote a ficcy! It's in my sig, of course, and it's HPB. Lots of shipping spoilers, so be careful. I hint at The Death, but I don't mention the person by name. So, if you're finished, please read. Summary in the Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince topic, if you're wondering. And in my profile on ff.net.

We've killed so many pets, it's disturbing. Ask Steph. We froze our frog to death (not my fault!), one mouse died in a suspected fight, one died of old age (he got LOOSE IN MY DRESSER! Gah! FOR A WEEK! WHILE I WAS GONE!), and several bajillion hermit crabs and fish.

                      • Dai guys! It's the start of the second-to-last week of work *listens to Uptown Local* This is very interesting...I guess it's set between books 2 and 3? Considering there's about 5 years between them, it seems likely.

Anyway, I wanted to mention something about bowling. My dad is usually pretty good, and me and Kelly usually don't break 100 in a game. But 2 weeks ago we went bowling and Kelly got 124, I got 123 and my dad got 100. I actually got 4 STRIKES in that game!! I would have won if I hadn't screwed up the 10th frame XD

Actuallly, this is a REALLY good time to hear Uptown Local, b/c I'm actually just in between books 2 and 3 XDXD After I listen to this I'll start book 3.

There was something else I was going to say but I can't remember what it was...oh well, I'll prolly think of it later...oh yeah, one thing I found this weekend that was really interesting was Lego Star Wars. IT IS SOOO CUTE. I played it for a bit at Best Buy, and I WANT IT. I don't think it's out yet though.

*wanders out of ToGR; stays in chat and listens to UL*

Anyway, I'm at the library again, I put up a new deviation on deviantart: http://lovehiei13.deviantart.com

In any case, I'm going to help Mom at work later, they're having some computer problems that Mom says I might be able to help them on... from what she describes it shouldn't take me more than about ten minutes.

                          • Yo.

Well I'm back from vacation. I'm not gonna read all I missed.

Yeah. We went to Yellowstone, Grand Teton, and Glacier National. We saw lots of bison, deer, elk, mountain goats, ground squirrels, bighorns, and 2 grizzlies. Nothing much was eventful. Besides that 20 year old hitting on me. Long story. Not that long, but whatever.

Mum got me HBP two nights ago. I finished it last night. (I know it took a while, but I had to clean the house all yesterday.) Word.

                            Um...that's about it.

Oh! I bought the MCR cd. Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge. I've memorized all the songs.

Um...I've recently gotten really into manga. My favourite manga I've read? Yamatonadeshiko Shichihenge. Yes, that's the subtitle, but whatever. I created my own manga charrie. I like her. She has 14 peircings and 5 tattoos. Word.

Um, well...OH! I've been obsessing over the Tiny Plaid Ninjas lately. *snaps to WF*

Right. Now! What you've all (not) been waiting for!!! Big Bunny presents...Big Bunny Episode 5: Red. I warn you...it's kinda violent.

                            • Hmm...I'm wiped out. This morning I ran 4 miles for cross country, then did this really ridiculous work-out called strides that I hate, then rode my bike 1 mile to the high school to go to gym class, then got yelled at for being one minute late, then got yelled at because during swimming I sat on the edge for about a minute because I felt sick, then rode my bike home and collapsed in front of the computer, then came here. Wow, that was a really bad run-on sentence. Sorry.

Yesterday, I was forced to go to a baby shower. It was for my aunt, and her niece from the other side of her family came. She was in town for a BALLET camp. BALLET? I quit ballet for a reason. Because of people like my aunt's niece! She was, I don't know, like all the preps at school: pink sundress, with a pink CARDIGAN over it. My grandma wears cardigans. Anyway, and she was like, raised to be a southern lady (she's from Tennesee) and it drove me up the wall. Also, she is younger than I am, and she wasn't forced to sit at the kids table like I was. Sorry, this is just my beef about someone I will NEVER have to see again. Oh yeah, and I called baby-sitting dibs on my new cousin when he's born, and she (the niece) got all pouty, and I said "You don't even live in this state, how could you baby-sit him?"

I'm sorry for complaining, but I'm in a very bad mood. I'm not going in chime today because I KNOW I will yell at someone, and I don't want to yell at you guys, you're too nice to me...but maybe I should go find that gym teacher who was so evil to me today...

I'm having some anger issues right now, can you tell?

                              • My dad got me HBP yesterday. *yawns* I stayed up reading until 4:30 in the morning, and even though I don't feel tired, it shows. *mutters* I'm having to correct nealy every word I type when I'm not careful. *growl*

Anyways, it was a good book. Not the best I've ever read, but a good book all the same.

Let's see...what have I done recently? Not much, that's for certain. Mostly, read. I haven't been able to talk to Zach 'cause he's on vacation.

I'm taking a computer class next week from noon to four, or something like that. It'll get me out of taking the basic computer course if I pass the test at the end of the week. Shouldn't be too hard...
