This may very well be the most random thing I've seen all day. And you're competing with Metro train commuters. Island themed celebration, though, huh? Will there be mini umbrellas?

        Rad:
I like talking to Sharky on the phone. (don't talk about that dang cow anymore, it creeps me out!)
*smiles* I appreciate the compliment! But, what's this about a cow? Come on, now, Rad. We both kow there is no cow out there trying to find and kill you when you are peacefully sleeping in your dorm bed. And we both certainly know that said cow, couldn't be looking at you behind your back. And it's absolutely impossible that said cow, with said sinister mission, could inhabit the body of a human to gain access to your college...

But that line of reasoning might lead to insanity.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY M!! Eat a pack of M&M's for us!

Secret forums, eh? Why wasn't I informed of this?!

        ...

        Or was I?

        Muahahahaha!!!!!

You do understand, PM, that all of this is your fault?! *looks pointedly at the englishman*

          • Hmmm...secret forums...kicking people out of chat...this forum mod stuff sounds pretty cool. *evil plotting* I've been feeling evil lately. *tries to figure out ways to become a mod*

            Gigo
I read HP5 in 3 and a half, and still working on my speed.
*gasp* Someone beat my time?!!! How can this be? My time is about 7 hrs, probably less. I don't know exactly what time I started because we didn't have a clock in our room at dad's house. Here's how I got the 5th HP book:

I was asleep the day it came out, and my sister (who shared my room) came running over yelling "Look what I found on the dresser!" It was HP#5. I read it immediately, skipping breakfast and taking only 30 min. for lunch. I was done abour 45 min before dinner. And since we normally get up and 10, that's...yep, about 7 hrs.

(Yes, that was past tense. As in "used to share". Why? Because I haven't been to my dad's in over a year.)

O.o' Um, yeah...I did vote sane in that poll, but...after this, I think I change my mind...yeah...that's scary...

Gah. I just realized that if I had started posting when I first joined, I'd be an oldbie like WF and Gibby by now. Hmph.

It's the button in the Chime chat window that moderators see, that is labelled "Kick User".

You pick someone (preferably someone who is misbehaving) and select their name, then click the button.
            They promptly leave chat.
The person you kicked posts in a secret forum asking Lee to fix things so she can get back in again.
Other people in chat copy your reaction and paste it into TOGR, and start mocking you.
You make a note of their names and glower at them in Chime. They make nice.
*makes note never to get on PM's bad side, especially in chat* I think Lee was a bit nearsighted when she gave you two mod powers...

I can't believe myself. I FELL ASLEEP IN CLASS TODAY!!!!!!!!! I've NEVER done anything like that before. I was in history, my 1st class, and I just laid my head down on the desk and dozed off. It was only for a couple minutes, but it happened like three times. No one noticed, though, because only two people sit behind me, and as I've said before, my history teacher isn't all that perceptive.

That might have something to do with the fact that I've gotten a total of 13 hours of sleep in the last two nights.

            • I read HP5 in 17 hours, including a nap, not the 7 I saw someone say I'd read it in. I timed myself out of curiosity, since I knew people would ask.
              Sharky asked:
Secret forums, eh? Why wasn't I informed of this?!
Aurora already knew about it. It must be "need to know".
You do understand, PM, that all of this is your fault?! *looks pointedly at the englishman*
Lee's English too, you know . Ok, she's not an Englishman, I grant you. And it isn't all my fault, some of it must be yours.

Have fun. I haven't worked out yet why I did . (Was it Sharky who said DD and Lee picked the two oldest people here?)

Ah, but you see, you're now going to behave and not need punishing. It works! The fact that we can silence or kick people hopefully means we won't need to.

But we can. If we need to.

Hehe. I like talking to Sharky on the phone. (don't talk about that dang cow anymore, it creeps me out!) There is this stuffed cow in the middle room in my mom's house and it scares me. I used to like it until one day something fell over in the middle room, twice. It reminds me of the deja vu in the matrix...I heard something fall, and then the next second I looked over and SAW it fall...it was sooo weird. Kelly was with me at the time. We looked across the room and that dang cow's arm was sticking out, pointing where the thing that fell had been sitting! We freaked out and were trying to tell my mom what happened, but for about 5 minutes all we could manage was gibberish. Now that cow's arm is back down, but everytime I go into that room to call someone at night that cow freaks me out. I was talking to Sharky while in that room the other day, and he kept saying that the cow moved or something. It freaked me out b/c the room was dark and I could only see the outline of the cow, and it DID seem to move, just a little bit...
...your cow is scaring me. Demon Cow from the Underworld...
                You have a weird cow.

                              • deviantART gallery , or just by clicking here , you will go directly to it.

As I have stated before, I have changed my major from Mathematic Education to Computer Graphics. While I have technically changed over, gone to my advisor and talked with him, signed a few papers, junk like so, I have to attend a meeting on Friday, March 18, 2005 with the head advisor of the computer art department. He will have the final saw weather or not he thinks I am eligible to start down that path. I am not really worried about it though; everyone tells me that I will do fine with it.

It seems like everyone is talking about how long it took them to read Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. Well, it took me around 3 days to read (not 3 days total, I had breaks to sleep, eat, and other junk like so). I am not a fast reader and do not really want to read fast. I want to enjoy what I am reading. And it is always with me to reread the book several times while I have it. But while we are on the subject of talking about time it takes to read, how long do you think it would take you to read the entire Young Wizard series, if you sat down and read all of them in one sitting??? Considering how I am still working on the series, I cannot accurately predict or guess such a thing. However, if I had to just assume something (guessing that all the books are around the same size), I would say it would take me quite a while, more then a few days (without breaks).

Gah. I just realized that if I had started posting when I first joined, I'd be an oldbie like WF and Gibby by now. Hmph.
