Oh my gosh, i didnt know this thread was started! Okay, does anyone know if the next book might give an insight on Saint Dane's history. Because he's a Traveller and I guess he should have some restrictions. At least someone to work with him, like Courtney and Mark with Pendragon.

By the way, I'm rather uncertain...is this a spoiler or just a "pendragon is good, someone else has read it besides me" thread.

I expect we'll learn of him EVENTUALLY. if nothing else, he really DOES have someone else working with him at the moment. <span class="ev_code_white">he got mark remember? and taht other traveler he converted</span> but at the moment, i think he's doomed to be mysterious, with bits and pieces brought out to taunt us occasionally...keeps people interested. true, it also makes them cry sometimes, and tear their hair out, but still...they can't help but read it nonetheless, upon penelty of not finding out. *GRINS* NOt that I would EVER employ such a thing in my books...*whistles innocently and goes to writing* (is kidding only in the sense that i'm not writing till lator on. :P)

all i know is this books are totally addictive!! they're the type of books you never ever wont to put down even when you've finished it you sit there wishing, nay, PRAYING for more

welll i beg to differ at least on the first book. normally i can finish a book within a week and the other pendragon books i finished in like two days flat. the first one took me a good two weeks, it was soo boring but still the authour made it up in the other books. oh and before i forget how do you block text for a spoiler scince you have to block it

I dunno, I started the book after my little brother kind of went, "Hey, you might like this book...its along the lines of Artemis Fowl but with kid adventures." Personally, it doesn't take long for me to get through the book...its like an Alex Rider book (if you heard of the Storm Breaker movie that came out recently, the author wrote a whole lot of bookd since. They are great, but simple).

One thing I like about the Pendragon series is that the first person narration reminds me of the Goosebump movies I used to watch as a child...

you block out the text by going [color=white ] [/color] minus the spaces. and i LIKED the first book! my only problem with the series, for the most part, is that i sometimes have ahard time remembering what happpened in previous books...but it doesn't stop[ me from reading them. *GRINS* *WONDERS if i'm doing that too much* *doesn't care* they're good reads...and i love alex rider books too, and artemis fowl, but i'd rather discuss that in a different topic. I'm not SURE what the next books to be about...but my guess is, going after mark. i can't say WHY they're going after mark, but if you've read the last book, it's fairly obvious.

i'm lost. what happened. when did the 8th book come out? have all of you read it? what's with artimis fowl? i love that series but i'm sorely behind in it. i'm only on the 4th book. and he's written 5, i think.has anyone seen the alex rider movie?

i can't wait to find out what territory saint dane is from. why's he called "saint" dane? was he a saint in his past life? wonder if that's his real name or an appointed name. i've got an idea!
