wow... long time without any posts here.
Ahem, my favorate character, as I have said many times now, is Kit. I don't like Ronan. I think he is a bit of a poser and an idiot but I have only met his character once as I can only get these books, in papaerback, from America and I haven't found WH or W@W yet in this form yet.

Huh, I posted in this topic once before, and forgot to say who my favourite character is.

I thought about it, and was tempted to say Chao, the Transcendent Pig, but I suppose we don't really know enough about him. (Imagine the advantages he's got for sight-seeing, though. "Oh, you should see the Golden Gate Bridge!" "I just did.")

So I'll pick Nita as my favourite. Ho hum, be boring and pick the viewpoint character of most of the books. (With Dairine second, I think.)

Who's the Pale Slayer? My memory can't be that bad. Biddy is in the next book, right? I haven't read the excerpts, or just one excerpt now.

Hmmm... would the PS be ... heh, I nearly called him Sharky, Ed? Nooo, Ed didn't kill nita's mom.

They tell me I need to reread this series sometime.

The Pale Slayer is Ed. Kaiba4ever said Ed tied with the Lone Power, who killed Nita's mom, not that the Pale Slayer killed her.

I don't think Biddy was in the excerpts. If she is, she's changed - which is possible, I suppose.

You probably do need to reread it .

                Dai stihó, cousins!

I always liked Kit the most. He's just the most interesting character IMO, and his partnership with Nita is one of my favourite things in the book. Wizardry at it's finest.

Biddy wasn't in the excerpts? Then where was s/he? I just assumed it was from Wizards at War.

I refuse to beleive Biddy was in one of the previous books. I would've at least recognized the name.

Gryph, honey? Biddy is in A Wizard Abroad. I hate to break it to you. She was the blacksmith who forged Fragarach; she was also the Power in disguise, remember? She fades out at the end of the book.

Well, welcome, Tiff! I'm alida...pretty much this forum's senior lurker. I've been here for a while (ignore the registration date next to my posts; I had a different name before that), and am a Fanartist as well (one of the mods of the devART group). You can find me at my devART site

Anyhow, on to your question--Roshaun, naturally! *points to signature*. There is something so awesome about him that it undeniable. I realize that a lot of people feel that he's annoying and pretty much a jackass, but the whole point of his character is that that is what he seems to be. Personally, I find the complexity of his character fascinating. And the way he and Dairine interact--brilliant! And if you wanted reaccuring character--well, I hope Prince Unlikely becomes reaccuring!

I Am The (Semi-Original) Roshaun Fan. Yay for Prince Unlikely!

My favorite character is the Lone One. He's evil and hot and just so awsome! I don't really know why I like him so much though... he IS the bad guy that kills Nita's mom, but I think he's awsome anyway, who doesn't?

People seem to overlook things like that. Who cares if the Lone One kills someone, or tortures the main character. He's the hot bad guy, so everyone (or a lot of people) think fondly of him anyway. As Tiff just said
the very hot and oh so evil Lone Power
It's just another wierd human way of thinking, of tending to like the evil characters....

That's also what makes Ed, (I'm refering to the Master Shark, duh) so popular. Just look at the section in DW, "A Tribute to Ed!" People often like the bad guys, even though in this case it turned out that Ed wasn't that bad at all... And as Katrina put it much earlier on this topic, on page two I think,
who knew a shark could be so hot?

So, in all, my favorite character is the ambivalently awsome Lone Power and the mysterious Master Shark. Tha main characters, Nita and Kit, are cool too, but they just don't beat the EVIL characters that are cold and heartless and HOT! *crazy insane laughter* MAWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

Hehehe. Kaiba4ever, based on your name and that post, I'm guessing you really like the "evil characters. (Of course, contrary to popular belief, Kaiba is NOT and evil character. He's just...deluded. He thinks the world revolves around him and dueling.) *is trying to refrain from ranting about Yu-Gi-Oh* I really like your siggy and location.

Gah. I'd better change the subject. The LP really deserves more respect. He's not truly evil either. He just wanted to be different. You can call me crazy, but I don't care because I know it's true.

                              ...

I can't get my mind off YGO, so I'll just leave this post now.

My absolute fav characters are Tom and Carl and *Roshaun* Yay! (Come on like he and Dairine won't have something going on soon!)
