Some people can be so stupid! The bombings, the crimes, all of it. For members who don't know this, it's the military activity that causes all of the cancer and things like that. Remember the Atomic bomb? That was terrible. That was really bad. That's sick.

BeleiverInWizardry, I wasn't complaining. I was telling you that you shouldn't do taht because hit costs DD extra money that she doesn't need to pay.

*gaps* SOmetimes I wonder how hypicritical(sp?) the US can be. My dad was telling some rumors of why we REALLY want to go back to the moon and it's sad. We call OTHER people terrorists, but then we turn around and terrorize them. I don't get it. The atomic bomb is just one example, in my opinion. Sometimes the things humans do to each other makes me sick...

HEHEHE!! I've been doing that all morning. Some sort of fusion thing from my friends page. But, M's little "Hate Senora Loca" thing shows up no matter how many times I clcik reload... I'm good at being hyper, just not random...

Why do we really want to go to the moon? Or is it some NASA secret?

That's what I asked my mom M, and she said because they wanted to see if some things had changed on the moon and if the footprints were still there. (All they need to do is ask Nita and Kit to go check ) I still think it's a waste of the countries money though.

But they don't remember that more people died that day in Hiroshima and Nagasaki than in 9/11/01.

I remember 9/11 but I wasn't even born when the atom bomb came. I remember reading Sadako and the Thousand Paper Cranes in 4th grade though, it was really sad. Sadako died because of the atom bomb in Hiroshima, she got radiation poisining I think. It was really sad and a lot of people cried in my class.

On a happier note though, I FINALLY saw the Last Samuri!!!! Has anyone else seen it?! It was soooooooooo awesome!!! I luffed it!!!

When my teacher read that book to our class in the fourth grade she started crying. Yeah, that was a really sad book.

Ummm... actually Z, that wasn't the reason I was referring to. It's just a rumor around the space places and not many other people have heard of it. But we aren't even sure it's true, but knowing the US sometimes, it probably is... the rumor I was referring to is waaay more disturbing than that.
DB: They remember 9/11 because our citizens died. They remember Hiroshima and Nagasaki. But they don't care because they were the ones that did it.
Yeah I remember that book, and we watched a movie that was like the book. I cried in the movie. It was just so... real.

Sometimes I hate my country. Despite freedom and all the great points of America, we're not a perfect country. Far from it. Look at all the blood and hatred that stains our past. Do you ever wonder why people hate us so much as to kill thousands upon thousands of people in 9 11? Our past, our present, and our future's potential.

But for some things, you have to understand. Look back at the first Atomic bombings. My history teacher brought up that the current president died in office, and the vice president had to assume the job. The A-bomb was so secret that not even the Vice President knew. Here, you have to see something. Was that such a great idea? Not letting the Vice President know? Probably not. Now that the president was dead, they had to quickly breif the new pres. on the bomb and everything else. The V-pres's descision was rushed.

That didn't mean he had to bomb them.

And if you read Crusader, one of my favorite books, it tells that America's worst deeds were done to non-Christians. It even lists them. I'd bring that book to the computer and type up passages, but I lent my copy to a friend (and I think she's had it for over a month).

Sadako and the Thousand Paper Cranes. Was that what it was called? I remember some book like that... The atom bomb left radiation behind; even though it was set off a long time ago, there are still remnants of its destruction.

Just so you know, I nearly broke my arm-- oww, ow, ow!! I'm bleeding under my finger nails. It hurts to type!!!

Gryphon, Crusader was awesome and your right, a lot of it had racism in it, with Sam etc. And Diego, the picture is right but I think that a lot of other countrys are the same. In different ways. Although a lot of the time the US is the worst. I think the whole world is just stupid stupid stupid. *ergh*
