Gibby, there's a manga/comics thread where you can post about comics series you like.

Lessee. Series I love that weren't in my last post in this thread:

      "Aubrey/Maturin" (Patrick O'Brian)
"Mrs. 'Arris Goes To..." (Paul Gallico)
"Series of Unfortunate Events" (Lemony Snicket)
      "Sherlock Holmes" (Arthur Conan Doyle)
"Anne of Green Gables" (L.M. Montgomery)
      "Inspector Grant" (Josephine Tey)

And I'm just starting Neal Stephenson's Baroque Cycle.

Has anyone said "The Dark is Rising" series yet? I was too lazy to read the first 2 pages of the topic... anyway, that's a good series. And Diana Wynne Jones is excellent (although not all her stuff is series...oops.)

J.R.R. Tolkien: Lord of the Rings
                        Anne McCaffrey: Dragonriders of Pern
                        Powers That Be
                        Crystal Singer
                        Freedom
                        Planet Pirates
                        Telepath (Rowan , Damia...)
                        Mercedes Lackey: Valdemar
                        Elemental Masters
                        Dragon Jousters
                        Obsidian Mountain Trilogy
                        Robin McKinley: Damar (and others)
                        Tamora Pierce: Circle of Magic
                        The Circle Opens
Various Authors: Little House (Martha to Rose)
                        Terry Brooks: Shannara
                        Jean M. Auel: Earth's Children
                        Mindy L. Klasky: Glasswright
Patricia C. Wrede: Enchanted Forest Chronicles
                        L. Frank Baum: Oz
Jean Craighead George: My Side of the Mountain Trilogy

I think that is all the series but i am not sure. I also like a lot of Authors who have stand alone books like Roald Dahl's BFG and other books. Not to mention the YW Series as well of course, and the ones I want to read but have not yet.
