Hee-hee. Spanish is so much easier. But my mom took french and she's fluent. Maybe you can change. Although it's hard to transfer from french to spanish because if you have a perfect french accent it might be hard for you to perfect a spanish one.
Or maybe that's just for my mom because she has a beautiful french accent and a horrid spanish one.
I hope you have good luck changing!
I want to change from regular music class to choir because I need more practice singing.

I already know all my classes, even if I don't have my schedule. Everyone in the 7th and 8th grades at my school has the same classes. 6th graders have one different class. I don't think I'm learning much Spanish, but what we are learning is really easy.

I'm exited for school but I know I shouldn't be. At the end of last school year I told myself that I wouldn't look forward to school cuz I was DESPERATE to get out. And now I'm looking forward to it... *roll eyes*

Confusing, isn't it M? Hating it by the time it is nearly over and ready to take a break and then after so long you miss the social aspects of school.... and some of the learning too.

Yeah... even I get that. I know when my brain is craving knowledge... and it is frustrating cause I can't just up and go to school... have to figure something else out. I just usually read... helps, but that little nagging in my brain is still there... okay TMI... sorry.

"I just usually read... helps, but that little nagging in my brain is still there..." Well if you're craving knowlage something that's kinda fun is researching something that's interesting. During last summer and this summer I've written a lot of research paper type things on anything I find interesting, I wrote some stuff on the Amazon, Venice, actually after I read A Wizard Alone I wanted to research stuff on autism, but there was SO much info, I don't know if I'm ready for all that yet....
You can kinda tell I want to be a journalist can't you?

Yeah.. but that isn't a bad thing.

I like some research, but it has to have a purpose other than being interesting. There are thousands of interesting things and I have to pick and choose a few things and then concentrate on them. My research kinda takes the form of goals... things that I want to do and then I have to plan it out and then try to accomplish it. I don't have hours of interest to spend on research. I have the time, just not the interest... comprendes? Ahh... nevermind. I get very philosophical at night... especially when I am tired or when I am sad.

Ahh well.. I am too tired to be posting anyhow..

Wow same with me. I do it over the summer. My goal was to draw anime/manga pretty well and I researched arists and everything from the internet to learn. (I'm still learning but my pictures look so much better!)
I want to learn how to write kanji too but that might be a harder goal!

I also read to pass the time-
Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen, My Perfect Life, Downsiders, Artemis Fowl 1, 2, and 3. I can go on and on!

Wow, I must be really lazy. Am I the only person here who's not looking forward to school at all? And who does as little as possible during summer vacation? The only problem with that is that I was forced to have writing workshop once a week, have a cooking day once a week and get out of the house and do something once a week. Then, there's the tiny problem of swimming getting me up at 7:00 every morning. But other than that, all I really did was sit around and read. I don't feel any need to learn, research something. Even the stuff that interests me. Although, I do like mythology and want to read more about that, I haven't gotten around to reading this huge book of it that I got. I'm ranting now, I'll stop.

Z, I like Confessions of a Teenage Drama queen and My Perfect Life, but have you read Planet Janet? It's like the Princess Diaries except the main character isn't a princess, she is going through this weird thing called her "Dark Phase" And she wears dark colors and thinks deep and profound thoughts. It's the one with the weird british slang. It's by the same author.

What grade are you in? It's only been 3 days of school for me but I'm kinda iffy about it because I'm not eating lunch with any of my friends. My favorite time so far was going to the library with all my friends.
I wish I could eat lunch with the boys at lunch, because I know all of them! I don't know any of the girls at my lunch time and I'm not sure if the boys want me sitting with them...hey PopTart? Anybody? I need help...
At school we have french fries everyday. That's the only thing I eat for lunch. French fries and...a cookie. sometimes fruit.

me? i'm in grade 12 (last year of school *whoop whoop whoop whoop*). just go over and sit with the boys or sit at your own table and wait for people to come and sit with you. i'm not really all that sure as to how lunchtimes work in america, so i don't know if that'll work, but try it anyway... u might make a new friend.
how come you're not eating lunch with your friends anyway?

Maybe Z's friends aren't in her lunch period... they have two in the States. I think that's strange, but hey.

Yeah we have 4 lunch periods. I'm in A. my friends are in B and D. I really want to sit with the boys because I know them but you know...they probably don't want me to sit with them as I've stated before.
Thanks. But the people in our lunch time who sit down by me just sit there. Ignore me and talk to their friends. *iz not fair*
