And The Burning Brightly One? nad then he says to K+N+D, "my shadows are still abroad in the world, you must stop them?" Or something along those lines. So I guess it could be him, but I'm leaning towards one of his shadows.

Seriously, DD tells me that she knows everybody's waiting: but she's deep in the book at the moment, and there are a lot of other things going on at the same time which are really making it difficult for her to deal with forum issues right now. I get a sense from her that there'll be an excerpt in a week or so.
