I need to find one; a whisk simply won't beat egg whites stiff enough fast enough, and besides, it tires out my hand. We apparently don't have any for sale here on Maui, and I'm reluctant to look for one online, as s&h are usually more than the original price of said object. Don't want a laser-beam throwing one, though; want meringued egg whites, not fried/scorched egg whites!
