Nita's Glasses?

I used to only have to wear my glasses when I read some books, then it got to all books, then it got to all the time, but WH does answer it, in fact on page 309. I won't type it here bacause it gives away something they have to do in the book.

Infrequently, people grow out of needing glasses. I wear glasses, and while my astigmatism is getting worse as I get older *makes denture-sucking noise again* my nearsightedness is actually improving. And another thing that I found strange about SYWTBAW... Nita takes aspirin with a coke? I know my mum goes postal if I take paracetamol (that's Tylenol to you USA *coughfreakscough* people) with coke. Is aspirin unaffected by caffeine?

Er... I'm not sure exactly what your mother's upset about; I've taken acetaminophen with various soft drinks (with and without caffeine) before and never noticed any difference in efficacy. And there are OTC drugs that combine the two. On the other hand, I know some people associate anything caffeinated with a tendency to cause headaches, so....
