*shakes head* Remus/Angua? What will they think of next????????
Joking, but seriously.... cute, but NO. Hello. Carrot. >.< even remus/Tonks is better (actually, it's much better: I guess Tonks is my next-favourite Remus pairing.)
As for out longevity: actually, M, there are heaps of sites forums that have lasted for a long time. I don't think we're dying out just yet: we might be taking a little more trouble to think about what we're saying, but as far as I'm concerned that can only be a good thing. We're still posting quite a lot, I think; enough to keep up with while also being very active. Furthermore, we have a lot mroe members who post. Maybe not so many who post as much, but we have many more people who post occasionally, you know what I mean? And I can only think of a few people who have actually left, recently I mean: Cress, Rysade (which is a bit different anyway) Elizabeth, ND- maybe one or two others, but on the whole not many. And we've got new people, too, who post consistently: (In no particular order except me scrolling up the page and checking dates and things) papercrane, Sam, FireWitch, bc..... and technically Diego too, who only got here in May according to his bio. So..... as far as I can tell, I haven't noticed anything. Well. No, that's not quite true. About the middle of 03, we had a period when people were posting a LOT, often good stuff but also often spam, and it was (for me at least) really difficult to keep up with everything. That's come down somewhat since; I think we're starting to get a larger volume of posts, actually. *shrugs*
However, I do know what you mean... the idea of YW.net breaking up and going our seperate ways is not a nice one. It's bad enough when people leave: if everyone left... *unhappiness*
Aurie: *winces* Ouchies. Ouch, ouch, ouch. And ouch. Yeah.
As for dentists...... >.< There is a REASON they call it the Murder House, damnit! The toothpaste (banana, we never get a choice) is yuck, and people poking around in your mouth is JUST NOT NICE. Gah. And I am NEVER getting braces. I hope. Please god. Unfortunately I might need to, because I used to **** ** thumb something shocking, but hopefully NOT.
I really like optometrists' appointments, though. Do you guys? I don't know why I do, but they're fun and relaxing. Like algebra.
Fox, you're sick? oh man.
You poor thing. *sends rays of love and sympathy*

And then it was three hours (not too late, but I was in an unfamiliar city, so I wasn't really going to hang around in the middle of Sydney past eleven at night) of live music and dancing and dancing and dangling my feet off the wharf and then more dancing... Darling Harbour is a great venue. I took photos.
