yeah, we are...my comment was just mostly my frustration on not being able to keep up with it. (That doesn't mean stop talking about it though...i don't need to be able to keep up on every single topic. But when, at various points, i was an admin supposed to know it all and couldn't...it was slightly annoying. But on this site, i'm just a member, so there's no real annoyance.) If you understood what the heck i just said...you're doing far better then me. but yeah. I created the topic to talk about eragon...which Implies to books, movies, video games, and any eragon action figures you may or may not have discovered. :P Anyone of any ideas on what's going to happen with murtagh by the way? (did i spell that right? sorry...it's early! i'm hyper!)

It's not great literature. It practically wilts next to Grapes of Wrath. Honest, it's acombination of Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings, plus the spinoff on Star Wars. if they value their lives, they won't dare do it as baddly as the first...and in order to mnake it good, they'd have to completely redo the first. i mean, the movie was alright...but it wasn't the book. at ALL. the book just wasn't in there! you could rename it, and one person in a million might HAPPEN to say "you know, that boy reminds me of eragon a little!" but that's about it!I'm baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaack.

The first movie wasn't ended right anyway for them to make a second one. I mean they could but the movie would start off bad just because the last one didn't end right to give the next movie the best possible start.

You must think it's going to be that bad. I don't know where you live but at least in California just to get into a movie it's like almost ten dollars just to get in. Six dollars isn't a lot. That's what how much a boot leg is in Cali.Originally posted by Rubywolf:

Standerd of living in Louisiana is a lot lower.
In Denmark,I paid seventy-five kroner to see Harry Potter on a bad screen. Um, that's about $10.25. Eragon would cost about that as well.

When I saw the movie it was late at night and my friend and I were watching it on my laptop in his bedroom... so I kind of winked off a few times during the movie. He fell asleep completely a few times! So clearly it wasn't that great if I nearly slept through it.
