I like some well-known anime, Naruto and FMA for instance, and some rather obscure ones, such as Kanon. And then there's the run on a few shojo shows that I like, such as the Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya and Ouran High School Host Club. Ouran's something of a current favorite for the humor and character development. FMA I like for basically the same reasons, plus the awesome fighting styles and the tech that goes into the automail. Naruto was my first anime, so my fondness for it is mostly nostalgic. Haruhi was for the utter hilarity of it. And Kanon was fascinating for the mystery behind teh story and the development of the main character.
