    There was talk of moving him to another hospital in London. So it's iffy whether any card will make it through the hospital system and in time to reach Peter, but it's probably worth a shot. Lazy Leopard said that he is currently in the Intensive Therapy Ward.

      They're unlikely to move him while he still needs the facilities the Intensive Therapy Ward provides.

      Oh, and ITU is a "Strictly no flowers or food" zone. Cards and letters should be fine though.

      I'll print out and take any additions to this thread each time I visit.

          I was wondering why no one was talking. Peter, as said, we all miss you with all the energy in the universe, however run down it maybe, lol. I hope you get better fast. My grandfather has been going through the same thing, so I know what you must be going through with the draining and tests and all of that happy horsepoo. I wish you the best of recoverys as well as my friends, as I have told them.

                      Friends,

                      I am shattered to have to tell you that our moderator Peter Murray passed away in hospital this afternoon. His sister Helen, and Helen's partner, were with him.

                      Our thoughts will be very much with them as we begin to mourn our friend's loss.

                      I think Peter's sister would appreciate letters or condolence cards that might give her an idea of how much we will miss him. Her address is --

                          Yes, we will miss him. Tuttle-turtle gave me the news today. I feel bad that I didn't know he was sick. heh.

                          If anyone needs to talk or anything, I'm usually on messenger (aim, yim, msn) as winterdarkmoon. <---(all one word.)

                            THis is such bad news...I didn't really tlk to him a lot in chat, but I remember one time whenr I did...I am really gonna miss him...*sniffles and goes to tell flowers*

                              I almost feel annoyed with myself that I'm almost over him so quickly, that I can just get on with my life, but I know that I have to. I can't let it drag me down, but I almost wish it would. I'm almost back up to the same level of happiness as I was before i knew, and I'm almost angry with myself for being so happy when PM just DIED. It feels to me that I'm dishonoring my memory of him to be so happy, but I know he wouldn't ant me to be upset. We just have to be extra good for him, OK? He'll like that.

                                Mousey, it's never a crime to be happy. And I think that that's what Peter would like for us to do, be happy for him because he doesn't hurt anymore. I mean, it's not like we're never going to see him again, whether it's Timeheart or Heaven or whatever else there is. Life goes on, and so do we. So feel free to laugh and to smile! Happiness is never a bad thing.
