*grinning* I sure do, Alla. We used to have a few more Aussies, like Mad King Soup IV, but I haven't seen him for YONKS.

And anyway, we may have to do strenuous time conversions, but some people have to get up at ridiculous hours like five am and if you were living somewhere real unusual, like the Philippines, well, then it might be three in the morning, and how much would that suck? I have nice mid-morning times, generally, so I don't get to complain.

Never mind. It's noon. I'm pretty excited about this. Why complain about waking up at the crack of dawn? We get to meed DD!!!

I feel really lucky now that I live in Canada, as opposed to Hong Kong...*recalls nightmares from waking up to talk to several other authors and getting grounded*

Hey Gigo, Canadians rule! There are now at least 3 frequent Canadian Members of the forums. I'm lucky, for me the chat is in the middle of the afternoon.

I don't know any other author (there may be others but I don't know of any) who would take time out of her weekend to visit the website that she happens to pay for, and spend an hour talking to only a handfull of devoted fans. That's just one of the reasons why she is my favourite author.

Middle of the afternoon? *sobs* Luckily this on is at 6am for me, but after daylight savings starts for you northerners, they're at 5am... Thats not even light during the middle of winter... Oh well... *shakes her fist at Tui as she reads an earlier post* um... I think the Phillipines is in the same timezone as Darwin... oh, that would make it some unPowerly hour of the morning wouldn't it XD... ohwell... *waves good-bye to her sleep*

The next online chat with DD will take place on Saturday, May 7, 2005, at 3 PM (US) EDT / 8 PM (UK) BST, in the Chime chat area of the Young Wizards discussion forums. You must be a registered forum member to attend.

And just in case you need help figuring out what time that is locally for you, here's A time/date converter.

I suppose BST and EDT are more likely than GMT and EST, but it's confusing. And I'm confused .

In my time zone it`s 2:00 PM(i think), but i`ll be here around 1:00 PM just in case my guess is wrong, which it might be.

That's a day after my little sister's birthday (and nine before mine). I won't forget the date. It's the TIME that I forget or miss, even if it's not exactly hard to remember... Next chat I'll try to get there early in hopes of actually talking with the One, aka the Creator of Wizardry, or more commonly known as DD. Yeah, whatever, I'm planning on ATTEMPTING to make it.

(I made this whole post without a reference to Yugioh... oops, there goes that)
