Important notice -- forum closure

Folks,

We have some very heavy-duty maintenance to handle at the Forums in the coming days, of a nature that trying to keep things open while it's ongoing could cause problems.

We will therefore be shutting the forums down for approximately a week starting on 0001, February 9. DD will post a message on her blog and put out the word on Twitter when they're back up again.
