"A Wizard of Mars" Int'l Edition ebook now out!
The International ebook edition of A Wizard of Mars is now available at the online bookstore at DianeDuane.com, in Kindle/.mobi and Apple/Nook/.ePub formats. The AWOM ebook will also be up on the Kindle Store within a day or two: a message will be posted here when it's ready.
This edition of AWOM is available only to readers outside the US and Canada. (Houghton Mifflin Harcourt handles the North American ebook editions of the YW books, but because those are the only rights HMH controls, those ebooks are unavailable elsewhere in the world.) When you're going through checkout at the DD.com shop, the cart will check your billing address and will not allow you to complete the purchase if you live in North America. Everybody else should be fine.
A side note: unfortunately, as with So You Want to Be a Wizard and the other International edition books that will be coming out over the month of January, restrictions on international publishing at Barnes & Noble Online mean that DD will not be able to release the ebook of A Wizard of Mars at B&N. For the time being, Nook and Apple users (and others who favor the ePub format) can obtain the ePub version of the International edition of AWOM at the DD.com store. We hope to also be offering the ePub editions of all the books at the iBook Store within a month or so.
