Until now, the Young Wizards ebooks on the market have only been available to purchasers in North America. This is about to change.
Starting later this month, DD will be releasing international editions of the YW novels, which can be purchased by readers everywhere except North America.
The first place these ebooks will be available is DD's new online ebook store located at:

The new "International Editions" of the YW books will also be made available through Amazon.com, B&N.com, and the various other online ebook retailers that will allow control of which markets the ebooks are released into. (The international editions cannot be released in North America in order to avoid conflicts with Houghton Mifflin Harcourt's previously negotiated exclusive rights to issue YW ebooks there.) You can see the "rough version" covers for the first three books in the series at the Shop.
The first releases in this new series of ebooks will be in ePub and Kindle/.mobi format. Other formats will be released over the first quarter of 2011.
The first books to be released will be So You Want to Be a Wizard and A Wizard of Mars.
