Er- as far as I know, the oath is complete. The ellipse at the end (...) is, I feel, more to imply the continuing of sentiment and a gentle conclusion than that there is more to that Oath than what we are given. Furthermore, Oaths can be species and even person specific, can't they? So it'd be impossible.
