When you take an oath it has to have an end in order for you to finish taking it. however since the oath that we are considering (assuming) doesnt have an end. It must be because that the wizards job isnt done and perhaps when it is then the oath will be finished.

Er- as far as I know, the oath is complete. The ellipse at the end (...) is, I feel, more to imply the continuing of sentiment and a gentle conclusion than that there is more to that Oath than what we are given. Furthermore, Oaths can be species and even person specific, can't they? So it'd be impossible.
