Nita's Listing in the Manual (WD)

In High Wizardry, when Nita looks in her manual and sees that Dairine is a wizard, the names read as such:

Cahane, Jak
Callahan, Dairine E
Callahan, Juanita L

Then, in The Wizard's Dilemma, when Kit looks to see that Nita's active status has changed, he sees:

Caillebert, Armina
Callahan, Juanita L
Callanin, Eoin

I guess since Caillebert comes after Cahane alphabetically, Armina could be a new wizard. But I know for sure that Dairine's still a wizard, and her name should be right above Nita's. Any ideas about what happened here?

since the kids were looking for a specific person they might only list some of the names they saw

Actually, I've been wondering the same thing for a while now... I really don't know... maybe it's a mistake or something?

I guess it's just an author mistake...

I'd go with what Wizardprincess said - I don't see DD making the kind of mistake that would leave Dairine out altogether, even if the age thing is confusing.
