How far does anyone think different parts of the planet are Sevarfrith (wizardry kept under cover) and astahfrith (wizardry can be openly practiced)?

Are there certain areas that are more of one than the other?

Interesting idea. Yeah, generally Sevarfrith, but I think it could happen that, say, certain small villages would know all about wizardry. I think the amount of people in on the secret makes a big difference in human contexts, because that means more people who could freak out or tell others the secret. But in families or other close-knit groups of people, with many kinds of connections and especially belonging to a certain area geographically, being Astahfrith is more likely. It's harder to keep a secret in groups that close together. Even then wizardry couldn't be practiced openly
