39. I don't even know if these forums will still exist in twenty years, but I like to think I'd still be checking them once in a while. :shrugs: I'll definitely be pushing YW on all the children who enter my life. They're not all that likely to be mine, but who knows?

In twenty years....
I'll be 36 going on 37. And I'll have a heck of a lot of books (for that matter, I do already. And I don't forsee that changing.) And I'll have health insurance, so's I can pay for my ADHD meds (whatever I happen to be on at that particular moment). Other than that, I have no idea where I'll be in 20 years. I vote that in 20 years we all get together and tell each other where we are and what's cracking with us all.

I've changed my opinion of what I'll be in 20 years. I'll be a recluse who only talks to people online or through e-mails. I'll have way more books than I have now (I have over 250...way over 250...I lost count...and they're growing!) I'll have given up pushing YW, because my community just doesn't like them. Ok, listen to this: in the 10 years that my library has carried YW, I'm the ONLY person who has checked them out. The librarians know this, and don't even put the books on the shelves anymore, they just keep them behind the counter and lend them to me when I ask for them. How sad is that? So, I doubt I'll be able to push YW as an adult.
Hmm...I wonder what I'll really be like at 35? I have to agree with Caitlin, it'd be funny to contact everyone from YW in 20 years and see how we've all changed...or haven't changed.

In twenty years my CD collection will have grown to about 1000. I'll just sit around listening to music all day and trying to find places to put them all. I already have 100 something CDs and I've only been buying CDs for like two or three years. And I have an income of about 5 bucks a week, so when I get a job I'll probably go a tad crazy.
I think it would be cool to have a kind of YW convention thing in twenty years where we would all actually get to see eachother. But all together so that if there was a creepy phsyco stalker they wouldn't be able to do anything. Unless you're ALL creepy phsyco stalkers. *Glances around shiftily*The Taiko Dodo and Mitten of Insanity

In 2 years from now, I will be nearly 20 and probably have about eight weeks left of my uni degree.
In five years from now I will be nearly 23. I will hopefully be working somewhere. Or I might still be at uni, if I decide to do post graduate study.
Ten years from now, I will be nearly 28. If I end up doing post graduate study, it will hopefully be finished by that time. If not (and if I've found someone) I'll probably be starting to think about having a family. If not that I hope that I'll be a volcanologist.
Twenty years from now (wow that seems a long way away) I will be nearly 38. By this time, I hope to have travelled the world (whether as part of my job, or just for fun). I also hope to have a family. Another thing that would be cool, would be to actually _meet_ some of you guys face to face
I don't know how long I'll be around here for. I plan to stay for as long as I can.
Probably for as long as someone is willing to talk to me.

In 20 years I will be nearly 35. Wow. Married? I think I'd like to get married. Kids? Who knows. I know my career will be a big part of my life, though, whatever it turns out to be. Since I'm just about to start high school (freshman year starts Wednesday--I'm currently taking the breath before the plunge) I find I'm thinking more and more about what I'd like to do. And I still don't know. Politics is a great interest of mine. Maybe law. Who knows?*Ella*

Speaking of, I hope you do enter politics, Ella. I'd vote for you for President anyday. First woman president of the States? you could do it, I reckon...
Go ahead! Panic! Do it now and avoid the June rush! Fear death by water!

Aw, thanks. I dunno if I could handle the pressure, though...and I'm far too liberal for today's America.Speaking of, I hope you do enter politics, Ella. I'd vote for you for President anyday. First woman president of the States? you could do it, I reckon...

Hm, in 20 years...
In 20 years, I'll be 37. I'll have written a book or two, finished college, gotten my career with the FBI in full swing, and hopefully settled down with a nice guy and a kid or two. That's actually a scary thought. Twenty years...it seems like so far away, yet such a trivial amount. Will I still be alive in twenty years? Heh, I've always had this weird feeling that I'm not going to live very long. *hurriedly knocks on wood* Yikes, that's silly of me to write down! Words are powerful--but they can't affect the future--or can they?--am I freaking out over nothing???
...*checks her post* Indeed, indeed. Let's forget that little fiasco, shall we?
This seems like a good place to stop...
