When do you get out of school?

I'M FREE! I got out of school today! Weee! XD!How do you guys feel when school is over? I can't help but feel kinda bad. I mean My friends are awsome, slightly strange, but completely and utterly awsome. Though, I'm happy that I have no more homework. It's slightly relaxing.

When school was out, I felt bubbly. I can't beleive that it's truly summer! Life without school and homework... who could've thought that such a heaven existed!? The only downside is that I don't see my friends as often. We have to plan to get together cuz some of us live over 30 minutes or even an hour away from each other; I usually end up hanging out with my neighborhood friends most of the time, and I'm glad that I've got them. I'd be bored sick. I can't get a job yet because I'll be going on a camping trip soon, and there'll be another vacation before the month is up, which'll last three weeks or something.

it would be in two days but the very last day is just going roller sckating and I am very clumsey with that.

Happy summmer vacation, guys! I'm completely envious!!

Poor kli...*huggles*. I LOVE the last day of school. PARTAE! Well actually most of the time I end up doing something really lame, like what I'm doing right now, but still. I LOVE being able to sleep in and not have a schedule and always have somewhere to go and be. I miss my friends of course, but I see most of them over the summer anyway.

Not for another year and a half... oh, you meant this year. I've been out since the beginning of May, but I'm going to summer session beginning in July. Meanwhile, I'm working full time in the back room of our local library, and all the new books flow through my hands, in preparation for putting them out on the shelves.

Then I will have my master's in Library and Information Science, and I will rule all with an iron fist *ahem*

Out since May 10th, went back to suffer some more from May 30th to July 7th.

Meanwhile, I'm playing computer games, reading, and keeping a relationship going. Work, psh, who does that? :P 17 year olds don't work.

And two years from now I'll have double bachelors in Psychology and Cell Biology and Neuroscience, hah! I'll rule with subtle mental suggestions to bow down to me .

Thanks, Cress! You guys are bringing back to me the joys of summer vacations long ago. I'd nearly forgotten what it was like to just take off in the middle of the day and go bodysurfing or something. (Oh, no, wait. I was deliberately blocking that memory, because the last time I skipped off from work to go swimming at the beach, I got stung by a stingray. Damn. It's coming back to me, now...)

Meteorite: Librarians so rock. They rock hard. But ew! Summer school! Anyhoo, happy mylar-folding for the nonce!

Sean: not ruling through mind-altering drugs, like any other sensible mad scientist evil overlord? Tsk tsk tsk. Have some imagination. You so need to read Girl Genius (PG-13 rated, btw, for our younger audiences).

I got out on May 26th. It was great, 'cause one of my friends and I had our only final at the same time, so after that we'd go around poking people and saying, "Hah, you're still stupid freshmen. We're sophomores now!" The Wednesday after that, though, I went back for a saxophone lesson. Then I got to laugh at everybody for having to wear uniforms while I was wearing quite comfortable normal clothes.

I don't have a job. Meh. I haven't even gotten to babysit in forever. I'm gonna try to get a job next summer, though. I'm going to see if I can volunteer at the library like once a week this summer. I'm going tomorrow for the "Princess Tea Party", so we'll see.

I've been out since May 23rd! yay for me! But it was really stupid because we got out on a Tuesday. They shouldn't have made us go to school for the last two days. It was weird, but fun. And I'm so not ready to go back to school. I love summer, and IMO it goes by WAY to fast! Oh well. Have a great summer guys!

Well, I got out today, and so far summer's been sweet! Lol, I've only been out for 6 hours. XD Great summer coming up though...busy, but great. *huggles kli* Sorry you have to work. *huggles everyone* Have a great summer! *runs outside to go do fun summer stuff*

I got out yesterday and it feels so good...my first year of high school is through! And that means I can come back here more!

The main thing that I was glad about was that finals were over...because during exam week I felt like I was slipping into the seventh circle...exams suck.

But really it was a pretty good year. High school is fun, even if I'm insanely busy. But I'm looking forward to getting to do whatever I want...ah the carefree days of youth.
