Foreshadowing? (SPOILERS FOR W@W!)

Ok, I found a little dialogue in Wizard's Holiday, and I just noticed that it's foreshadowing of a sort. Or is it? I can't find it in the book, now that I'm looking for it, but it was along the lines of Nita explaining to Kit about Dairine having problems with Roshaun, and that the sky would light up and they'd be able to see it from Alaalu when they finally hit it off.

Now, going to W@W. In the end, the sky lights up to white from Roshaun's wizardry, and by then Dairine and Roshaun were getting along, at the very least.

...I'm really hoping Roshaun's not dead...I adored him and Dairine together.
