Strange link in Charcoal Legacy Theme

I was just playing around with the themes, and noticed that on the Charcoal Legacy one, there is a box above the "latest posts" feature that has a link saying 'its a test' in it. When I clicked on it, it goes to a white page with 'lets see how this works on it'. Should it be there?

Its not there in any of the other themes.

(That being said, I really like the Charcoal Legacy colours - kinda makes it look like its on Mars. Very cool)

I switched mine to test it, and it's there on mine too. Huh.

To keep this from being a one liner (shaaaame) I gotta say this is a cool theme. It's High Wizardry, which was one of my favorite YW books, and it does look very Mars-y.
