Playroom Question

Okay, when you are submitting an application to the Playroom, it asks:

<span class="ev_code_BLUE">Manual Directory Entry (including power levels)</span>

I don't quite understand this. I do read the YW books avidly, and I have read something about power levels, but I have no idea what I'm suppposed to do here...

Could someone help me?

The Playroom as in the Avidgamers roleplay site? That's not run by DD, and not everyone here is a member there; Caitlin is the main admin at the Playroom, so you might want to private message her about it.

I'm not a member of the Playroom, but as far as I can guess it's just your Manual entry. I'd suggest finding a YW book and copying the format of Nita's or Kit's Manual entry and editing the details to fit the character you're creating.
