Of the nine presently published YW books, only seven are available at this time. One of the missing books is HIGH WIZARDRY: see the message about its problems here.
The other missing book is A WIZARD ALONE. DD got in touch with her publisher about this and discovered that the book isn't available as an ebook simply because of a clerical error at the publisher.
It seems seems they forgot to include the book in a "gang" amendment to all the previous books' contracts that gives Harcourt permission to make the ebooks possible. DD has now has the necessary paperwork to correct this, and after Harcourt executes it, it'll take a couple of weeks for the ebook to become available.
At this writing, therefore, it looks as if the ebook will start becoming avaiable at Amazon and B&N around mid-November. I'll post a note here as soon there's word from the publisher that AWAL has gone out for distribution.
