Uhm, nope, she is older, it definitely mentions that catergorically once or twice. As per usual, I don't own the books, but IF i did, I'd be able to give you quotes. Otherwise, trust me till I get hold of them again...

uh Carmela is defiantly older then Kit because in WD it says she is 15 and in that book and Kit is what 12 or 13 so she is the middle child and Kit's eldest sister is Helena.(info found on page 67 of The Wizard's Dilemma)
