Drops of Jupiter by Train makes me think of the spacy parts of YW (I'm actually listening to it right now) Especially HW. And, the "Heaven is overrated" part makes me think of the LP, and how his opinion of Timeheart is like, "Meh, screw it.". XD

I agree, Boulevard of Broken Dreams reminds me of AWA. I'm Not Crazy by Matchbox 20 kinda does too.

Maybe I'm just finding obscure things, but Breakaway by Kelly Clarkson kinda reminds me of Nita/Dairine before they became wizards

There are actually several songs with the title Entropy. Look it up. Seriously. Songs ABOUT entropy. And, I didn't even know what the word was until I read YW.

after reading all the posts in this topic, even though i havent heard of some of the songs, they seem like good choices for the books. im surprised no one has sent a playlist of YW songs to iTunes or did someone do that?

i think a song that would go well with the end of WD would be Landslide by Fleetwood Mac because its tone and meaning show how everyone is feeling when they know nita's mom is going to die.
