Has anyone read "The last Apprentice: Revenge of the Witch" by Joseph Delaney. The book is pretty intresting and it is a series. In the book the main charcter a boy who is the seventh son of a seventh son is in training to become a spook. Which is a person that protects the villagers from boggarts, ghouls, and witches just to name a few. The book isn't scary but it can keep you on edge for a minute. I'm only on chapter 5 and I can't wait to finish. What other books can you guys suggest that I try this summer?

What is that book about? Words.
I hope you like the last apprentice book. I just ordered the next book in the series from Borders. I'm excited because I also ordered four more books too and I can't wait to get them so I can sink my teeth into them.

Let's see. I really liked James Rollins "Sandstorm" and " Map of Bones". Anything by Michael Crichton is good. I just finished "Digital Fortress" by Dan Brown. I thought it was a good techno thriller. In those days spirits were brave, the stakes were high, men were real men, women were real women and small furry creatures from Alpha Centauri were real small furry creatures from Alpha Centauri.
