well, CF, it may not suck for you. but for all the people who, like me, have to by you two presents in the same season... for them, it might have mildly sucky connotations. (I have a brother born in the 21st... I'm having a LOT or problems with two gifts. *shakes head*)

I'm really excited about my birthday! I mean, technically, I'm like, less than five years old...kind of...if you measure it by birthdays. My IQ for such an age is MAGNIFICO!

Seeing as we are aproaching Christmas, I thougth I would share this little piece of infomration.

For many years it was generally believed that Christmas Day was celebrated on the 25th December as a way of displacing pagan winter soltice festivals, rather than any relation to Jesus's birthday. However, some recent research has changed this opinion.
All major events in Jewish choronlogy took place on Passover - creation ended, the near scarifice of Isaac, the bruning bush, p[assover itself... and logic says, the start of life for the Messiah.
Judaism holds that life begins at at conception, and the year generally thought to be that of Jesus's birth (4 BC), passover fell on March 25th (in the current calender). If you take standard length of human pregnancy (42 weeks), you find Jesus was born on... December 25th!

                Merry Christmas!

Ah. But about the due dates? Not many people are born on their due dates. So maybe Jesus was born on the 27, who knows...

Yes, but Jesus was (at least partly) divine, so clearly had the perfect gestation peroid.

Well, techinically, we cannot prove Jesus was born on which day or what day. But--the miracle of his birth was that the whole trip to Bethlehem Mary was pregnant. She could have gone into labor at any moment. As soon as they get inside the stable--labor! Meaning, it was designated for the end of their journey. Also, March 25th was the day the Angel Gabriel came to Mary. 9 months later...

I thought Mary went into labor when they tried to find an inn?
Hmm...Short post. Well. My b-day is Mach 15 just to make this post longer. But then that's a waste of space isn't it? Hmm.. I wonder which ones worse. Long useless posts or very short semi/meaningful posts?
