Well,the currency is Gaia-Gold and you gain it by posting,surfing around the site,blah blah blah.You get an avvie that anime and stuff.I'll get to putting mine in my siggy eventually

That sounds like the HP forum on Death-Curse.com, except it's all HP related :-P It's like a forum and a roleplay squished into one *makes wild hand guestures* You can get sorted into a house and then you can have access to your common room and you can earn and lose points for your house, and there is the "upper wooley village" roleplay thingy that I need to try where they turn your post count into the number of galleons you have, and you can join families. I have been trying to get on all morning but it's down :-(

I just joined vgdawn, it's cool, but I'm having trouble working it so I'll just try again later :-P
