  • Heard from Diane today

Turns out that she's been offline in part because both she and Peter have been down with the flu for a while.

I just wanted to let people know she hasn't dropped through a white hole or something. :-)

Its good to hear that she hasn't dropped off the face of the planet.

I hope you and Peter get better soon, Diane!

Thanks for the news, Garrett. I was surprised when she didn't have something to say on one or other of her blogs about the end of the writers' strike. It must have been a nasty bout of 'flu. I sure hope DD and Peter are both well again soon.

Oh, poor DD! I was wondering why she hadn't shown any signs for the past months....

I feel bad for DD; she always seems to have something bad happening physically. Take care of yourself, DD. Same with Peter.

I hope that they both feel better soon. I know how bad the flu can be because my sister had it last year and my dad has it this year. It took a lot of their energy too. Get well soon.

Looks like DD's feeling a little better. She just put up some new pages on the Errantry Concordance: entries for Manhattan, Dark Manhattan, and Tinkerbell, and she's now listing fulfilled requests and taking them off the Refrigerator Door.

            Yay!

It can take weeks to get over the most recent strain of flu. I know friends who have been on their backs for 3 weeks before improving, and even when they can get back out and about, they still are not 100%. If this is what the Duane/Morwood household had, it was probably all they could do to keep the beasts fed and themselves hydrated. Best fishes for a speedy recovery!
