Here's a challenge fo those withtime on our hands.... how quickly can you eat 10 dry crackers, wihout drinking anything while you do it?

Food.... I will more orless anything - with the possible exceptions of seafood, mushrooms, leeks and sprouts.

I can cook.. somewhat. If I have a recipe I'm usually good to go, but I don't really make dinners (unless it's a frozen pizza or something. ) Normally I just bake stuff like making cookies, brownies, dessert stuff.

When I'm at my best friends house, it gets pretty dangerous. She likes to experiment and she pretty much never follows a recipe (so usually, then I'm in charge of that part). We attempted to make our own recipe of cookies one time, you should have seen all the sugar we put in it, and we tried balancing the other ingredients, yet they still turned out incredibly plain. *shrugs* oh well though.

Yeah, I want to try s'mores... that's where I heard about graham crackers. (In a Saddle Club book. When I was seven, okay, seven!!!!!) Can you imagine hearing about a type of food- and not being able to taste it? For seven years? Yeah, it sucks.

Okay. You find a fire. Preferably not from a candle. Then you get a marshmallow or two and stick them on... a stick. Then you hold the marshmallow over the flame until it gets how you like it. Just warm, slightly toasted, black, burning, dead... however you want your marshmallow to be. Then you take graham crackers and chocolate. Stuff the marshmallow and chocolate between two graham crackers. It is sooooo good!!!!!!!!!!!

They really need to get a drooling smiley.

Okay. I have named this smiley the 'Mr. Drooly' even though he isn't drooling. But if you stare at it for a long time, it starts to look a bit like it's drooling. Maybe. Maybe not. Ah well.

S'mores!!!! U've never had a s'more Tui??? *wishes she could send Tui a s'more* They are GOOD!!! I only like mine "slightly toasted" as Gryphon put it. We had s'mores on my trip, ugh. Every time my bf has a s'more it's, as Gryphon put it, dead. They do taste good that way. I tried once. blech.

Ooh, s'mores!! yeah, I like mine just slightly toasted too, a light golden brown. Yeah, Gryphon, sure, it um... definitely looks like it's drooling. Whoa, I just noticed they have no crying smilies, I was gonna get one and say to use your imagination and pretend it's coming from its mouth, but... apparently not. hehe

Muffins, yummyful!! Tui, you should definitely try making one. You can even use a barbecue if you want. Normally I make them on bonfires, but it's annoying cos I'm sensitive to smoke and it bugs me being so near it when it can get in my face. Seems even if I stand upwind of it, the wind changes direction just to spite me. Blah. haha, but S'mores are definitely fun... think there's even a Barney song about them or something. I wasn't really paying attention, but one of my friends was singing a song about s'mores the other day.

And I know what you mean about hearing about food and not trying it... I want some Fizzing Whizbees and Chocolate Frogs!! blar...

Oooh, s'mores, I forgot about them. I don't mind graham crackers if they're in s'mores. With Hershey's Chocolate. And a big, honking, burnt marshmallow. And that funny taste that you get in the burnt marshmallow if you roast it with the right kind of wood (s'mores can be microwaved, which is okay, but they're better roasted for this exact reason).
