Ok this isn't my favorite picture of me in the world, but I can't find any better ones. It's from like a year and a half ago. My hair's a bit longer and flips out at the ends now.




And Alida I LUUUUUUUUUURVE your hair. It's beautiferous. I'd love to have my hair that color, but my mom won't let me. Grr. Plus my school has uniforms and they say no.

RE:Hair: Heh. Thanks guys. I probably should have mentioned that it's not that color anymore--now the blonde bits are purple and the back is blue/turquoise, but it's really faded, so hopefully I'll get around to dyeing it again soon.

So...I'm not going to post a picture here, because all the ones I have online? Yeah, they're in front of a sign that says my location on it, so that's sort of a no-go. (we have signs around town celebrating various achievements of the different high schools, and I'm in front of the cross country sign in the only picture I've got right now.)

But anyway...um, I guess I could write it all out...I'm 5ft 10in, which is pretty tall for a girl-I think I'm the tallest girl in the junior class (and there's about 400 juniors at my school, if you're wondering.) I have brown hair that has natural blonde highlights from the sun this summer, and it's about at my shoulders now, but I'm growing it out again. I have extremely pretty blue eyes (not my description-my sister just looked at this and said I should mention my eyes.) You usually can find me in a pair of Levi's 518 long jeans, size 5. Oh, and an old cross country or track t-shirt, probably with my Birkenstocks-got to love the comfy sandals. Oh yeah, and I have good muscles. XD Musc-ules, not muscles. XD Don't ask about this-it's sort of an inside joke.

Put the image into a photo-editing program and draw over or smudge the sign? Easy enough to do. Paint could do it. Gimp is a free program that is pretty great that could do it easily.

Anna, drawn images are spiffy, but this isn't a "Draw yourself topic", is it? XD I think we would all rather see a hi-res extreme fidelity picture, taken with a Canon Rebel XT at 7' with an ISO of 200, 1/40' SS, and f3.8.

Uhm, disregard that last paragraph. It's only 8:06AM. But honestly, photos are cool

And I fully concur that something like paint could serve that picture up with a nice black block around the sign.

Empress Tris, I feel like I've misjudged your age? You don't look a hair over 18 in that...especially the myspace-y emo-y pose.

Yes, but photography is cool too, and has a greater fidelity to the actual person.

If you put a decent photograph of yourself up, perhaps I'll let myself be persuaded to put up a photograph of myself.

Sean has been a 'Sir' for a while now. I am also Baroness Alla and ... and .. who was Empress? I forget things so easily these days. Too many rocks on my brain.

I never look good in photos, so I drew a self-portrait. The thing's done in pencil, but my hair's brown with some blond streaks(it used to be the other way around) and my eyes are dark blue. Also, my hair's usually in a ponytail, but when I try to draw it in a ponytail, it looks like I'm a boy.
Also, right now, my hair's a lot blonder, since summer's just ended and everything... Here's a colored version of my self-portrait!
